This thread is dedicated to talking about my wardrobe, but I'll start with shoes.

Are these shoes kinda "gay"/corny looking? I bought a good amount of nice clothes a while back, but I never really wear them. They never feel right on me. It's like I'm trying to be something I'm not. But on the other hand, I'm not gonna attract anyone wearing flip flops and shorts with paint stains on them.

Hi Richard.

I took a look at the shoes. Just a friendly critique.

Honestly, I’m not a big fan of that toe pattern/design. It would totally work for a 50+ yo guy, but I don’t think it’s the look you want. Way too “mature” a look.

I’m 40 and would still stay away from such a design. Stay with more of a smooth toe design.

I also have these. Which I wore exactly once and then wish I didn't buy. How flaming can you get exactly?

This is what I wear on a daily basis. Mostly the flip flops lately...

True, but only because your inner game is so weak. Improving that area of yourself is a lot harder than just spending money, but if you ever did so, then you wouldn't need expensive clothes or cars to attract women.

Those are just normal dress shoes. They’ll look good with the right clothes.

What makes you think my inner game is weak? I don't see it that way. Not that I care too much about your opinion.

Still haven't seen you prove any results.

Just get them shined and cleaned up a bit. They look decent. I learned that as long as the clothes fit right, you'll look spot on. I did that to my shoes, and they look nice now. Cost 5 bucks each shoe at the shoe maker.

In my opinion, some of the dress shoes are nice. You can even wear them with jeans and a polo if you’d like. If you like dressy shoes, I’d definitely get some double monks. Maybe some boat shoes as well, and sneakers for casual wear.

If you want this broken down, watch Alpha M or teachingmensfashion on YouTube! Just my two cents.

Well I'm here to tell you there is such a magic wand. Something that will make you almost completely irresistible to any woman you "point it" at. Something guaranteed to fill your life with love, romance, and excitement.

Brooks brothers chinos, Milano fit
I definitely second the Chinos. A must in any man’s wardrobe, especially colored ones.

How are the Brooks Brothers ones by the way? I’ve always wanted to try them but I’ve never gotten around to it.

I love the Milano fit, which is Italian. Girls give me compliments when I wear them.

What type of pants? Not jeans, right? More like black dress pants or khaki pants?

Any type of pants that I'm not thinking of?
Black dress pants are my go-to most of the time. That would work with the black shoes you have.

I usually do brown shoes with khaki pants.

There’s nothing wrong with jeans if it’s a nice named brand pair. Brown shoes are typically worn with blue jeans, although black can work sometimes.

Black dress pants are one thing I don't have.

I'll buy 2.

It is very much on the dressy side if you are ok with that.

I wear them for office work and going out because almost any of my button-down shirts will match.

For you, I would save them for going out to nicer places. It’s overkill for just regular bars.

(The nurse I was seeing kept insisting that I “dress down” ie wear jeans and T-shirt or polo shirt lol. I’m just more comfortable dressed up, which is probably not common.)
