That being said, I feel like it might not be so much that men are clueless, but men (especially from my generation) have been taught "Any type of unwanted attention a man gives a woman is harrassment." From age 23 onwards (the age I first started using escorts), you're probably right (about how I fall back on the sure thing from the escort).
