I don't really have 'workout music', it's just whatever I'm into at the moment. I can workout just as well to heavy rock music, gangster rap or acoustic music.

I usually listen to Guns N' Roses, Metallica, Judas Priest, and maybe some Iron Maiden. Some rap is good too.

I must be different as I like total mute when it comes to music as I seem to feel the muscle work through it's range of motion better while working out then if I am listening to something loud or music I like.

My motivation is my mind, body and spirit that is all I need while working out but after my hour is up music is cool and upbeat.

I'm not really a fan of the raconteurs or white stripes, but for some reason, everytime I hear 'Icky thump', I want to bludgeon my head through a conrete block wall (in a good way).......... It must be the Scottish blood reacting to the bagpipes.

When starting weights, i always listen to
papercut- Linkin Park
Bodies - Drowning pool
Down with the Sickness- Disturbed (any disturbed for that matter)
Any Adema music
Billy Talent songs
Breaking Benjamin

When i do cardio, I don't want chill music, but no hardcore stuff either, like some hip-hop/Alt does the trick, like 50 cent, the offspring, billy talent, breaking benjamin, and some more

Do any of you also get bored real quick with your workout music? I mean, I don't think I can withstand listening to Linkin Park for too long cause I heard them way too much already, etc.
