I have some good news.
After three weeks I've dropped down 5-6 pounds. So I'm currently at about 224-225. And
according to John Berardi's Let's get shredded article, he lost about 15 pounds in 8 weeks and about 9% body fat. So I'm right on target! I haven't really measured anything yet and I'll have to do so tomorrow.
I haven't really cheated at all. Aside from a cup of diet soda every once and awhile, I've been keeping up with my BCAAs, cardio, and eating plenty of meat, fat, and veggies. So everything is going great. I can't wait for my before and after pictures when I'm done.
I really having to learn how to cook better with seasonings.
CORRECTION: I'm only taking 6 grams of CEE a day. I misread the article. It's only 15-20 grams if you take mono creatine
