YOU SON OF A B**** :trouble: :box: - One of my favorite cheat meals! I always order that with big mac sauce on it and a rootbeer. AHHH well...Let me tell you, chicken and vegges is sooo appetizing with no other sources of carbs other than spices. Well...time to eat again. In two weeks I'm going to plan out my cheat day better. My last one was kind of lame.

I have some good news.

After three weeks I've dropped down 5-6 pounds. So I'm currently at about 224-225. And according to John Berardi's Let's get shredded article, he lost about 15 pounds in 8 weeks and about 9% body fat. So I'm right on target! I haven't really measured anything yet and I'll have to do so tomorrow.

I haven't really cheated at all. Aside from a cup of diet soda every once and awhile, I've been keeping up with my BCAAs, cardio, and eating plenty of meat, fat, and veggies. So everything is going great. I can't wait for my before and after pictures when I'm done.

I really having to learn how to cook better with seasonings.

CORRECTION: I'm only taking 6 grams of CEE a day. I misread the article. It's only 15-20 grams if you take mono creatine

Ha! I've been doing this for a while now but I had no idea about this article. It feels good to know this is what I should be doing. :cheer: And congrats on the weight loss, Stallion. What's your target weight, btw?

No target bodyweight. It's more of a 'I'll see when I get there'. But I'm pretty sure it will be over 200 lbs with a lean body fat percentage

FRIDAY

2x5 200lbs PR - Didn't feel too tough
1x20 140lbs PR

Rows 4x10 - I wanted to try this one mechanism that I see a lot of guys do. You are elevated and it's like doinga barbell row and the weights are in the middle. I did about 150 lbs on it for the sets. It really wasn't all that difficult just more easy to setup. I'm going to stick to barbell.

Great movie, but "no thanks" to the Ahnold shirt.

I generally work out in a hoodie + track pants/gym shorts. Nothing to put on display at the moment :D

Haha docudrama as ArNAlD calls it. I love that movie. I've never worked out in a hoodie. I couldn't imagine but I do suppose it helpful.

Measured myself. I'm around 39 inches waist wise. Arms haven't changed much, I'm still lingering around 16.8. Noticeable fatloss for sure after examining photos. I'm basically half way through. By the end I'm have a feeling I'm going to look like a whole new man

Keeps your core temp up, good for injury prevention.

You're using the 80lbs pack for treadmill walking?

255x5
290x5

225x5

MONDAY

Incline Bench

190x5 - I wasn't keeping good form on this set and struggled but got the last rep
190x5 - I did better on my form here and pretty much nailed this PR I was surprised I was able to do this on my diet. This is a big improvement from where I once started. I can only imagine if I had some carbs in me other than veges haha

Barbell Rows

160x10
160x10
160x10
160x10

I was very worn out at this point.

Checked my waist, still at 39 1/2 but I weighed in at 221. Making a total of 11 pounds weightloss in the last 6 weeks. I should be back to about 215ish in 2weeks and at that point I'll have to decide if I'm going to extend this to a twelve week cut instead of the 8. I'm looking very good and I'm excited to show some pictures in two weeks. I just have to keep my cardio more as it's a really big pain in the a**. I really don't want to get too small though. 200 lbs is as low as I'm going. I don't want to look like an average bear.

My plans after I shed the BF will probably involve getting my body used to the food again. I'm afraid that I will have a yo-yo effect after this. So once I do that, I'll probably go back to DCing again or whatever EFFORT will think is best.

I don't plan on ever juicing for the record. Not my style. I guess I'll let you guys know what I decided in the future.

Long time no talk fellas...haha BAD NEWS! I fell off the horse about 7 weeks ago. After vacation twice for two weeks, I've been stuck working on my album like crazy and haven't really bothered with weightlifting. Maybe going 1-2 a week keeping up what I was previously doing…things just kept getting in the way. I’m up til like 5 in the morning working on music everyday. Which means I never wake up to walk anymore. Haven’t done that in like 3-4 weeks. I’ve been eating healthy on and off. To give you an example, I’d eat three good meals and by night time I’d blow it by having an extra meal filled with carbs. Granted things could be a lot worse, but I’m pretty much back where I started haha. I stopped lifting around 220 lbs with a 38 inch waist….here are the photos from 8-9 weeks ago…still fat though:

http://s990.photobucket.com/albums/af23/I-tallionstallion/

And now I am at 232lbs (no photos of that haha) about with some muscle loss as I have starved myself at times almost because I didn’t feel like . So. I need to get myself back in line and drop the fat again. After dropping the fat, I want to get back on predominated strength/muscle routine. I already have the tools from EFFORT. Just got to reapply them, see if he’ll want me to make any changes

It really sucks what I’ve done, I was so close to getting where I wanted but things started slipping away. I haven’t completely abandoned the gym, but to give you an example I only went once last week for squats. This week has been the worst one yet in how I’m eating. I plan to lift tomorrow and on Saturday and start walking everyday. Ive lost all my gym partners (I had two) and it makes it a lot more difficult to stay motivated but I’m ready to start to get lean again.

Sorry I’ve been away guys, I plan to be back in full force! I’ll post up more details tomorrow.

Btw I'm pissed about my strength loss and how much stronger everyone on here has been getting. DON'T THINK I'M GONNA LET YOU WIN :trouble: haha
