Hey johnny, it's not too complicated what i do. I get my book bag out every off day in the morning loaded with plates (you could use dumbbells, books, water jugs, etc) , take a scoop of whey, and then i go walk for about 20-25 minutes up a couple hills by my house. Pretty good stuff. Here is how i do the weight:

1 week - 15lbs
2 week - 20 lbs
3 week - 25 lbs
4 week - 30 lbs
5 week - 35 lbs
6 week - etc

Do this 3 times a week on off days

You can ask EFFORT for other GPP options if you want, this was just the best option for me and plus it sounded fun.

Max Effort Week-

Monday- Squats

Wed- Bench & Rows

Friday- Deadlift

MONDAY-

So I went into the gym today feeling pretty damn good. An experienced huge 45 year old powerlifter was benching like 330 lbs was in there today and i made friends with him after he commented on my Ronnie Coleman "Light Weight Baby shirt". I helped him bench and he made sure I squated deep.

1x315 PR - Felt great, very deep!
1x330 PR - Still good. Got a little stuck but nothing i couldn't handle
1x345 PR- Very deep and it was a very tough battle...the powerlifter commented that it was exceptionally deep and he was impressed how well I handled it. He made me feel really good about myself, I made sure to compliment him when he benched

Today was awesome and i did far more than i thought i could, and my a$$ was a couple inches from the ground. I know its not a lot of weight compared professionals/people who have lifted a long time but I was pleased with myself today.

Congrats on the PR. It's nice when you get to work with people who are enthusiastic and know what they're talking about

Haha, ProDJ26 I still think it's cool that you weigh like 160 and are doing everything I do. Good Stuff.

And thanks Kerpal I appreciate it, but your squat is amazingly strong. Hopefully at some point I'll be where you are.

Max Effort Bench Today-

185 lbs PR 1 rep

200 lbs PR 1 rep

215 lbs PR 1 rep - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FRcDPt0UV7M

225 lbs PR 1 rep - two plates haha...freakin awesome. I was very happy. The only problem is that my brother forgot to save the video on my phone so i don't have a video for it. It was a tough battle, got stuck half-way up. But I got it okay.

Quag, i thought i ordered the No.1 CoC but i accidentally got the trainer :( and it was easy btw. So I'm going to return it and get the No.1 asap.

*in other news i just joined a really awesome gym that has everything I need including a powerlifting room where some of the strongest guys in the U.S. have lifted or still train in there according to the owner. If i get any famous names I'll let you fellas know.

I happily said goodbye to Planet Fitness. This place has a much more serious environment. Which means my training will be much better. I'm very excited.

Great work on the bench, form looked great.

Sucks about the gripper, guess we will have to see in a week or so. Get the No.2 if you can afford it as well as the No.1!

Great news on the new gym, sounds great-maybe they will have cool s*** like a proper GHR, etc...

Westside is looking like the best side! Keep it up!

Nice numbers bro!!! Congrats on the PB's!!!

Your PB squat is more than mine now you jerk! :D Again congrats.

I'm gonna suggest mixing in front squats on your squat day just to change things up a bit. Your progress is inspiring! Keep it up.

Well ProDJ26 i said goodbye to that place. And i can happily say i broke all the rules :) Now i won't get yelled at for deading anymore haha. I'm guessing you are stuck at that awful place lol.

Thanks Quag. Don't worry i got them both 1# and 2# coming. The greatest part is that the powerlifting part of the gym is a room and secluded. And not many go in there at all, so I can concentrate without having tons of others watching or getting in the way of me and the bar. Westside is doing good for me, definitely, but I have to say in part the diet has been a big factor too.

Fuglydude- thank you very much for the kind words. Your numbers rock as well, especially for your size. We are pretty even, all i have to do is DL more than 430 and I beat you right? Lol damn that is going to be hard, but I'm going to give it my all tomorrow. I've got another 5 weeks of westside and EFFORT is cooking something else up for me, I'll see what he says.

Oh yeah, forgot to post my BB row wednesday  I was too excited about the bench heh. here were my results

Barbell Row

185 1x5
200 1x5
210 1x5 PR Hard as hell, tried to keep my form perfect but damn it was heavy

Thanks Pro, haha

Friday - Deadlifts

Today wasn't as good as the other two, but decent. I was hoping I'd get higher

1x415 PR
1x430 PR - Felt Good, I stiffed legged it a bit, but form was decent and I handled the weight very well, check out the video where i come whipping into action haha - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K89fZc3OyS4

1x440 F - No way I was getting this, I was shot after the 430 lol, probably should havd done this first instead of 430 lbs. Didn't even get it off the ground

And I forgot my creatine today too, don't know if that would make a difference but didn't seem like it.

More weight, another day :D
