I had to laugh when I saw this guy-he's Anthony Ellis, one of the original 10 co-champions of Bill Phillips' body transformation challenge. If you want to see the results Anthony got for yourself then cut out the middle man and google Bill Phillips and Body for Life. No offense to A.E., he definitely got ripped up, but give credit where credit is due.;)

I don't get this. On the order form to buy his program it is 97.00 for Gaining Mass Package and 97.00 for The Complete Gaining Mass! program. So the total comes out to 205 with shipping.

What the Hell! I thought this was only 75.00 from this thread but on the promotional page it says 97.00. I'm cool with it going up to 100 bucks but 205?!? I Don't have 205 buck right now. I can afford 100 though. Do I need both the package and program?

Hey man.

I just took a look. It is only $97, which comes out to $108 total with shipping.

I don't know where you're going, but try this:

www.fastmusclegain.com

Scroll all the way to the bottom of Ellis' copyletter and click:

"Click here to get started immediately!" in the P.S.S. section

And voila!

By the way, I re-started the program two weeks ago. I've put on a whopping 12lbs in that time! It's such a treat to step on the scale once a week.

I bought his program awhile ago, he is definally legit. Forget about the people that say all the information is free. OFCOURSE IT IS FREE! you can get any kind of information anywhere for free if you look but why do people buy his program? you guess it... to save time. If I spend time looking for information and weeding out crap advice which I don't even know what is crap advice and what is good advice so I'll probably go through weeks and month of research. In the end I save TONS of money (time)

Think smart :woo:

in the end all that matters is putting that advice to use. if you dont apply the program then you arent gaining anything. Have you been applying it or are you one of those lazy bums who buys it but doesnt do anything?

Im sure the actual workout and diet info on the site IS legit, however you can get just as well written stuff elsewhere...google anyone?

But I've never seen so many retarded claims and bad information in this thread than anywhere else. Such pure muscle gains are rediculous. Didn't read the whole thread but Oleo seems to be one of the only ones that knows what he's talking about.

I think what he's saying might relate to this, although this could be a total rant:

A guy comes to you and tells you he has this amazing car for $xx, tell you it has 400hp, can tow anything, great gas mileage, etc etc, even lets you look at it and take a preview. But he made the car, and you wont be able to REALLY know how it runs without buying it from this one guy. So would you buy it or stick with a possibly less better car but far more tried and trusted?

Or maybe that has nothing to do with anything.

Maybe we aren't even real.

The body (for men and women) is probably the most important sexual attractor. Me and some of my friends went 'camping' last summer, while we were fishing, one of my friends (football player, QB, not too big, but fairly testosteronized with low bf%) had his shirt off to get a tan. Two girls walked by (about 8 and 7) and were making whistiling noises at him (geez girls can get so horny :D ) and saying "wow, he is so hot!"

Well, later on that night, we ran into these girls again. They were all over this kid. Of course, since this type of thing happens all the time for him, he pretty much did his thing, not really noticing the girls but not really ignoring them. This played out, and he ended up sleeping with BOTH of them.

This is not to say that skinny scrawny guys can NEVER attract hot chicks. One of these girls friends (7) was giving me some hints, but I was too stupid (AFC) to realize.

Yeah, can't say anything about this program. (Still waiting.) But I noticed that when I started eating alot and working out, I did have to shave more often. I used to be able to go for a few days, but now it grows like a forest!

Eating alot DOES seem to make me feel more energetic, and more 'full of life'. Eating alot means many small meals. I start to get lethargic and loose energy when I haven't eaten in 4 or 5 hours.

Oh, and I did order the program based on the advice in this thread. (Thanks Drex, Pook) After working out for 4 months normally and not seeing great gains (but still decent gains, I have real arms now, not toothpicks :D ), I needed something that was serious, something hardcore. Just looking at the gains posted by some of the 'members' of the Tony Ellis site, along with gains from Pook and Drex posted here, I can see that this program is 'hardcore'.

OOPS! Sorry "Pook Man" I did not see this until I wrote this reply, and as you can tell, I already ordered the program.

But I do appreciate your massive post!

I don't know about you guys, but when I first started this whole Don Juan thing 7 months ago , I had two insecurites in my life: girls and my scrawny 'beer gut' body.

The first was eliminated quite easily. The second will actually take some work, but I will get there.

It will be interesting to see some of the responses I will get from friends when I tell them that I have stopped smoking and drinking! And the responses of my parents as I chow down massive quantities of food and begin to 'fill out'.
This is all wonderful stuff. I am going to try a little experiment. I too, have modified my diet, lots of lean protein, fresh veggies, tons of water, and no sodas, fast food crap, ect, about 1800 calories per day, low, low fat, and low carbs. Eating several times a day instead of three. Indeed, I am already down to 185 from 204. My goal is a LEAN and MEAN fighting machine, 168 by April 6th. I am going to get on a few good supplements, and of course, I am upping the cardio, doing it at least 4 times a week, and hitting all body parts in the weight room HARD 3-4 times a week, working out with intensity, and intelligence, I want the muscles to grow, and I want low body fat, so they show, with cuts and striations, so that the ladies and the comp can take a gander with their fuc*ing mouths agape. I'm gonna go the whole 9 yards, including the tanning salon, and a body wax. I want to walk into a certain place in April, wearing a "wife beater" and I want every lady there to turn her head. There is another place I wanna go dancing at, where "anything goes" and I fully intend on losing that wife beater on the dance floor. All this can happen if I stay motivated and focused, and stay disciplined. I'm not worried about chasing women, I'll let them chase me.

See, back in 2000, I was about, say 179, and tanned, and indeed, I was getting lots and lots of good female attention. So much, in fact that a woman I had been after for about 4 years, finally made her way to me, and wanted to dance, and we slept together not long after. Had I been 204 with a much heavier physique, I doubt she would have bothered. I want a much more interesting 2006, and well, we'll just have to see how it all pans out. So, that being that, I am off to the weight room.

Good post, I'm in the same boat. Not at the 205 mark and probably won't be for a few months, but I feel ya on the attention difference.

we've been over this over and over again in other threads:

a) we're not going to violate ellis' intellectual property. if you want to steal it, you'll have to work harder than asking someone here to post it.

b) you can spend $75 for ellis to hand it to you on a platter, or you can read what's available here & ask questions. if that sunk cost of $75 will encourage you to get off your ass and work+eat+rest, then by all means, go for it.
