Yep, they must, but as for me, I am focusing on the pectoral muscles. The one muscles I refuse to workout alone are the traps, because I think they make you look stupid if you have a small head, haha.

dude, i'm shocked. 3 months ago i did 2 sets of dips. you didn't read about them!!!???

lol, i've been over at bodybuilding.com reading some stuff and apparently dips are essential for triceps as well as chest, so i'm totally up for them now. cg benches too, haven't done them in fukkin ages

can someone help me out with their tricep workout suggestion- http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/iovate1.htm
the routine comes to 17 sets!!!, am i missing something or is this far too much for muscle muilding?

cheers lifeforce, ye my delts have always been good. unfortunately my gym only has 20kg dbs max lol!! i'm thinkin of spendin an extra £20 this month to get myself to a proper gym.

So much definition everywhere just now, i just really need some mass. Last week i was ill. i don't know if anyone's ever taken flaxseed oil tablets but i reckon that's what fvcked my stomach over. i couldn't even eat one bit of chicken.
the doc gave me some tablets so i'm hungry as ever. can't wait to go loopy at the gym this week

dips are good for shoulders as well, even when you dont seem to need to better them.


sorry gav my memory is really bad. i cant even remember lifeforce's farmers walk 2months ago, not even talking about lifts that are more than 3months ago

yeah.. spend some more money on a better gym. I'm switching this month too. Need a gym which is colder than a sauna. Anyway.. I think 17 sets are way too much. I just started doing 3 sets of dips and 3 sets of skull crushers. Triceps are dead today. So follow the dipsmania double started and some cgbenches or skull crushers in addition.

where are you at weight wize now gav? You said you had hit 152 lbs I think. You've lost much now when you were sick?

Man your shoulders probs messing up with that smith, your right is getting stronger while your left gets weaker.

i'm only on the smith for another month, but as far as i can see my arms aren't too fvcked up just now.

my legs on the other hand are fvcked i reckon because of the smith. with every ATTG squat i make, on the way back up my left hamstring hurts like hell! - anyone else get that?
one more month before i can start squatting properly again.

yeah, free weights is basically all I do.... they are supposed to be better for you too since they use more muscles (stabilizers, etc.). I always heard machines are easier for this one reason. You've got some good lifts there gav, keep it up.

Since i've started drinking a lot more milk, my acne's starting to come back. I can handle it on my face, but it's really starting up on my chest and back and it is pissing the living shyt out of me!

oh ya dude im so cheered up now, i felt down because of my ****ty squats but now i feel again like on my 8th birthday where i have gotten my grey gameboy with yellow-black screen oh so happy!!

btw who you wanna fool with your acne bro? i have the impression that along with 4*80kg bench press your "training partner" maybe have cracked some dianabols in your "milk"
