lol, i've been over at bodybuilding.com reading some stuff and apparently dips are essential for triceps as well as chest, so i'm totally up for them now. cg benches too, haven't done them in fukkin ages

cheers lifeforce, ye my delts have always been good. unfortunately my gym only has 20kg dbs max lol!! i'm thinkin of spendin an extra £20 this month to get myself to a proper gym.
So much definition everywhere just now, i just really need some mass. Last week i was ill. i don't know if anyone's ever taken flaxseed oil tablets but i reckon that's what fvcked my stomach over. i couldn't even eat one bit of chicken.
the doc gave me some tablets so i'm hungry as ever. can't wait to go loopy at the gym this week
