then some of you try to justify it in terms of the powdered products not being over-manufactured. Plus you probably are eating bad soy hidden in there, something of which i avoid unless occasional tofu or tempeh. I do natto as well, but these are not the same soy products hidden in your manufactured powders
this is surprising none of you eat raw eggs yet.
