The thing that always puzzled me was, if the gurus are as good as they claim and of course want more customers etc. then why aren't there loads of vids of them doing live cold pick ups that haven't been set up? I mean there's like 2 of Mystery which are still debatable regarding how it panned out, and nothing from Strauss, TD and all. I mean nothing would rake in the sales more than some decent vids of cold pickups from these guys. It suggests somethings up if there's nothing to view. In saying that, it doesn't mean what they preach is wrong or not helpful, quite the contrary. But they have different styles that seem to fit their personality and/or belief system which may not fit ours. For example I would never bother with a 'being the party' type like TD advocates, but something more crafty and skilled like Mystery's stuff, perhaps. Horses for courses.

That's a fair point MM. However, I've watched 4 1/2 of Johnny Soporno's seminar tapes, and if nothing else, they've made me seriously think about the things I do/did believe. I personally imagine Johnny will be pretty successful with women. Still, even if he's not, the inner game stuff he preaches is rock solid, in my opinion... and the actual seduction side is pretty sound as well!

Have you watched any of the tapes yet? If not, just have a look at the first one (at least) when you have an hour or so spare. When you have, come back and tell us if you got anything at all out of it. I'll be very surprised if you don't.

EDIT: Actually, I didn't really read your post properly at all! It seems like a general rant, rather than you having a go at Johnny Soporno. Still, you seem like a studious type (you wouldn't be on this site, otherwise!), so have a look.

Inner before the outer. My own perspective, the first one I watched was when he was talking about slVts, Wh0res, and yeah I was a little shocked by it but watched. Then I went back and watched the previous ones where you could just see him talking about life philosophy and that is the way to go, even the stuff that doesn't deal with women, that is a guy who knows what he believes and comes off as genuine.

I'm not sure what to make of all this after growing up in the matrix. I THOUGHT I wanted a girlfriend, because that's what you "do" and that I just wanted to get it out of the way and not be alone. The "player" stuff never appealed to me really because I saw it as just taking advantage of women, but when you step back and look at the bigger picture, at the very least, you owe it to yourself to think about your OWN beliefs, whatever they may be, and seriously consider WHY you belive what you believe and WHY you have the opinions you do. Do they come from YOU? Or are you just a walking robot who wants things that "everyone else wants" for the reasons "everyone else has"?

I have a friend who doesn't date, and he had one date and told me she wasn't really what he was looking for and he was ready to settle down and get married. He's my age.

I swear, some here just need to create drama and look for things to critizise as soon as they get a chance. Most folks waste hours looking through this site for quality stuff that they never find. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WATCH, DON'T. JUST SHUT YOUR FVCKEN PIE HOLE! Let the rest of us make our decision.

Would you not seek great advice just because you didn't like the way somebody looked? Would you object a top heart surgeon operating your relative who needs quadruple bypass just because the doctor is a smoker, yet he is one of the best? Do you need to do drugs to know that drugs are bad for you?

I've watched some of it before and yes he preaches some good stuff, but end of the day when you're 1 on 1 with a pretty girl stuff like that goes out of the window. It's also very hard to genuinely change mindsets over the net because if you believe x, y, z then it's very hard to alter it just through someone else's opinion, which Johnny's essentially is. I mean I could post vids saying women suck so just become bodybuilders and they'll want to fvck you, which is probably sound advice infact.

I read that you are a martial artist? For how many years did you study martial arts, and which one.

P.S. The whole presentation was very good I thought with a minor thing that could've been avoided. The girl that u told to bring u the coke, and u kissed her... I can understand that was your non-verbal way of saying "shut the fvck up" to some of the guys asking redundant/dumb questions; but it just looked out of place a little bit, with bad timing... basically something unnecessary.

Yeah, asians look similar but that guy has a really obvious face. That's clearly John Cho, and they were trying to pass him off as some geeky asian without mentioning his real identity.

edit - by the way, just noticed the guy pushing this site is on sosuave, so if he changes that picture of John Cho, just refer to the screenshot I showed. He's not legit at all, and I think people here shouldn't be misled to buy his ****. Plus he uses the last name 'soprano' as a way to gain rep online because people know the name and assume he might be related to the show, etc. some how. It's a marketing tactic, but anyone with half a brain can see right through it.

I think Johnny is pretty well-known for throwing big parties with celebs and porn stars and other ppl like that in attendance. If you watch the seminar videos there was a lot of guys in attendance...they obviously could have used any one of their pictures on the site, so why would they get another guy in who was, as you call it, "fake"?

Plus, this site and videos would benefit millionaires as well!! It's really not just about picking up chicks ya know....don't be so ignorant.
