At first, I tried to avoid any telephone conversation but with time I learned to like it. It allows me to also screen.

Also, I'd rather date a woman that screens and is selective than someone that just goes on dates after a few clever lines

Business seems to be picking up now that it is spring. I hid my profile. I only ever got messages from drunk fat chicks two hours away, anyway. The hide profile option allows only women you message to see your profile. It also doesn't show them you viewed their profile if you just looked at it. I think that's nice. I don't want a woman to feel rejected just because I clicked on her profile, read that she had six kids, and decided against messaging her.

I have alot of success OLD, I used POF 15 years ago, but it was a very different site back then and havent even tried it in 10yrs or so. I do use Tagged with high success and a few very select Russian date sites also with very high success rates.

some OLD tips:

Never comment on the girls appearance, you can however say "I like your style/fashion sense"
if she is really hot every guy is pedestalizing her, so be different:
dont ask for Skype, dont ask for pics.
dont publicly comment/like on her photo
neg something about her pics, profile, use some PUA neg/push/pull techniques
ask for Whatsapp # (its her ph number)

Never say "hi whats up?" / "Hows it going?"
try:

If the site has "online" or "last logged in" there are times to avoid *it shows you dont go out / have no life

Saturday/Sunday before 10am
Saturday/Sunday 1-7pm

No response after 2 messages? use one of these lines after the weekend has passed...

Your profile:
Photos: let them see your eyes, no kids (i dont care if you are a single father), no cars/bikes/boats
Create a story or narrative, this paints a picture in their mind.
Do not say exactly what you do, state the general industry. (IT,construction,financial sector, etc).
Drugs... I am a chronic herb smoker, I always say no.
Alcohol... everyone has a drink or two, put no if you drink less than a 6 pack a month
Do not lie about your age more than 1 year

Soft next or hard rebut them:
if they ask anything about your past relationships
if they push if you own a house or specifics of your job to determine income level
if asked what brand car you drive

For me after trying out various methodologies, I found the easiest way was to simply follow a few rules for the majority of women:

1) Leave sex talk out of it unless she brings it up first

2) Say something interesting

3) Be direct and ask for a date, within the first few messages---skip asking for a number---a lot of chicks will not give you their number but will go on a date with you...if you ask for their number you are limiting your bang potential because a lot of times they will just not engage with you anymore after that. Meet them out and then get their number afterwards if that is what you want to do---most will offer it to you if they like you anyway on the date.

4) Do NOT message back and forth a lot until the date---however, keep this in mind---online chicks are a lot more "skittish" than normal---because they are a lot of guys who will set up dates and then not show up because their pics are either old and they look way worse now, or they are scared to meet in person for whatever reason(yeah this is a thing)...so it isn't a bad idea to engage them real quick the day of and just say something like "make sure you wear something sexy tonight"...

5) Be aggressive in date...these chicks are looking to get fvcked regardless of what they are saying in their profile...do not be timid and think the date is going really god and you will get another chance...no guarantee. I had some amazing dates where we almost fvcked but didn't and I never got a second chance because she probably ended up actually fvcking another guy---maybe it was their 10th date or something, but you never know. Always assume you only have one shot at them and act accordingly.

What a load of crap, for what is supposed to be a free site, whether the girl checked that option, or pof did it for her as a way to make guys pay. All they would have to do is change that setting on female profiles behind the scenes, and the money would roll in.
