Just wanted to add in that Im much more careless the last month than Ive been before.

Lifting this morning. Overslept a bit, ate a bit less and felt a bit weaker.
Squat: 3x5x75 (I noticed and was told I had bad form on these. I had narrowed stance than usual + my back was not keeping arched during the lift, hence it feeling much heavier).
Bench press: 3x5x50 (I suck at benching, I suspect Im doing something major wrong, but I cannot complain at my form).
Pull-ups: 3xFailure (2-6) Did last set at assisted pull-up machine, as I felt I needed to do more than 2 reps. Did 5.
Curls: 3x12x15 Barbell
Abs: 3x~10x20 Giving crunches another shot. Seems better now with new technique.

No word is missing. What Im saying is that I was on the skinnyguy program during these 6 months, apart from the past week.

International day

Not really an FR.

Today I went surfing and then I went straight to international day on my school.
A lot of stuff that is irrelevant happened. Just building social momentum and stuff.

Eventually, this girl thats in like grade 6 starts following me. This has been going on for a few weeks, as Im kinda ignoring her and joking around with her. So she's following me around asking what my name is.
I look to my left and see 3 8th graders sitting by the shade. I decide to walk over there to get rid of her/use the fact that I have a stalker as social proof/opener.

Stalker leaves and Im left with this one cool dude that Ive surfed with, a black chick that he's dating, and a hot chick that used to go to 9th grade's sister. I'll call her Swede.
The whole thing is really textbook.
I just sit there with them, put in funny comments, make stuff sexual etc.
I picked up on that the Swede liked me. Probably some eye contact **** or something. So I started teasing and stuff, ramping up the kino.
She eventually started touching me a lot and complimenting etc. SO ON.
Not much to tell really, it was very textbook.

However, I was resistant to kiss her, as she was an 8th grader. Meh.
So suddenly the thing was over and we're walking towards the cars. I see my mom and know that this is gonna be kinda hard to pull off. I lose her for a second and my mom finds me.
I see Swede in front of us, she looks back and sees me. She pulls out her phone and stands still, haha. When I get closer, she opens and we start walking together. My mom quickly took the hint and went off. Im surprised.
I say something like "I feel awkward with my mom here."
She took it the wrong way, so she thought I was saying "Bye, Im not kissing you, cause Im a fcking *****." So she was like "okay, byee.." and went in for the hug. I was thinking "aaoowwwwfvck?? COMON. Alright... kiss" But when I was thinking, I had loosened the grip, and she took it as a que that I was finished. I failed. Should've pulled in. Should've kissed much earlier. Should've ACTED THRU MY OWN INTENTIONS.
I think the point of this FR is just to remind myself that I have to act through my own intentions more. I am at the moment, but not 100%. It makes stuff much easier if I do.
And I repeat it again: Never wait untill the last minute to kiss a girl.

And yeah, this girl had just gotten a BF. So easy.

I suspect it's a matter of how you're built. You probably have long skinny arms like I do. Bench pressing will naturally not be your thing in that case, but it's still doable. It's supposed to get easier as you get stronger though, according to this guy I know who lifts.

I've only been able to max 140 lbs, and that's already on a good day.

Maybe, but I dont want to put up excuses yet.

Lifting yesterday:
Squat: 3x5x80 (Started to get quite heavy now, so Im doing 5kg jumps per week).
Press: 3x5x30
Chin-ups: 3xFailure (5-8 reps to failure this time).
Incline sit-ups: 3x5-10x20 (Quite heavy, I might keep this).

Visitors are gone, which means party this weekend! :D
Starting meditating again, as the house is more quiet now.
As for girls.. I got a weird thing going for me, haha. It's like, Im not spinning plates really, but I have girls which I can easily start making out with and stuff if I meet them. I dont even remember who half of them are at the moment.
Ehh yeah, thats it.

Cape Town, South-Africa. It's a big city, yet it's so small. What I mean is that while its a lot of people in it, it feels like a much smaller social ground. Ehh, I mean that you're very interconnected and often have mutual friends etc.
Parties go on via facebook. Some months have parties every weekend, while at others there are none (as far as Im invited/Find). You keep meeting some of the same people at parties every time tho, which is both good and bad. I think the parties are pretty big, they vary from 200-1000 people.
As there are so many people, there are a lot of hotties. However, there were sooo many more hotties in Norway, they were like everywhere.

You get a lot of that kind of thing overseas. Close knit groups across a few schools.

Yeah, it is like that. Its not many schools in Cape Town (like 10 major ones), which are "close-knit" I suppose. However, my school is not. Noone even knows of my school.

Workout:
Squat: 3x5x80 Pumped this out like it was nothing. BTW: I squat to parallel (like 90-110 degrees)
Bench: 3x5x55 Asked for a spot on all 3 sets. (1st: 7x50, 2nd: 5x55, 3rd: 7x55). I'll see if I manage to do 3x5x55 without a spotter next time.
Deadlift: 1x5x60 (Maybe 70, cant remember. Think it was 60.)
Extra incline sit-ups: 3x~8x20 Slightly heavy.
Weight: 88.2

Getting new visitors this friday. Great. Im probably allowed to go out on friday tho.
Current plans are that Redhead and 2 hotties (havent seen them, but I have a suspicion that they're gonna be ugly) are gonna come over before the party. Robin was supposed to come too, but he cant untill like 8, when the party starts. We might change plans, as Im not really interested in entertaining 3 chicks alone.
I think thats all.

We moved down here in July, and friends visit us sometimes. I dont have many visitors, but this period is gonna have much more.

Squat: 3x(5-5-6)x80 (I thought I was doing 85, but turned out i did 80. Was quite heavy, focused on form and did very well).
Press: 3x(6-5-6)x25 (Did lighter this time as I feel Im doing bad form on 30).

Curls: 3x12x20 (I do last set with reverse grip)
Incline situps: 3x10-15xBW

So many changes of plans yesterday it was crazy. Finally we decided to go party!
"Goals"? HAVE ****EN FUN. I feel that I can let go even more this time, and just do whatever the fck i please. AAAHHHHH
Gonna revise a bit of material before I leave tho. Robin is pitching up a bit before we leave for the party. Chicks shall be met up there. Vodka is fixed from a friend.
Had to cancel a date I had set up on saturday, cause of visitors, GAHH. Postponed to next week.

Ehhhhhh. Bad night out.
My fault, I know.
Wasnt as I was used to, like a completely new environment.

Was waiting by my gate for 30 minutes for Robin to pitch up. Eventually went home, being pissed off. He showed up 3 minutes later, and I acidentally broke his watch :)
No idea if this put me off for the rest of the night, but I wasnt able to tap into a good state.
We drive for a while, eventually finding the party.
Party itself looked pretty dodgy, but we went in.
Its a new environment for me. About 200-300 people, a smallish yard outside, and a building with a dancefloor.

As we walk in, we get greeted by Redhead and her Whale friend. It seems like its pre-planned that Whale is hooking up with me, **** NO. She's like a 6.
Robin starts making out with Redhead after what seems like a minute. He so good. Girls are easy. I manage to escape Whale, and go on an expidition to the dancefloor. I find a couple of people I know from last party, including the DJ's that has played on pretty much every party Ive been to. They always have alcohol, and share with me. I ate a ****load of food before I left for the party tho, so I stayed sober. Like everyone else was drunk.

There isn't much to mention about this night really. Robin is whoring it out with Redhead all over the place, Whale is stalking me (but ends up making out with some other dude that ends up stalking her). Redhead is into both me and Robin, but had obviously chosen Robin. I got up close to her face, and stared into her eyes, and she said "I would've hooked up with you so bad, but Im with Robin." Ahhh. I should've been a better wingman tho, but I did well. Heh, I did go up humping them while they were making out a few times. I also removed Robins hands from her ass and replaced them with mine without her noticing, hahaha. It was calibrated tho, I know when not to fck him up.
There weren't many people I knew there, and I didnt go around approaching people either. A lot of chicks had BFs.
I was definately not in a good state, and I didnt take much action to step into one either. I noticed I was passively resisting it, in the back of my head.
Didnt feel like I learned much, but experience still.

Still had a cold, so I stayed home from school, but I still went to the gym. Gym > School.
Workout:
Squats: 3x(5-5-6)x85 I could've done a few more reps.
Bench: 3x5x55 (Going good. Was able to do it without a spotter).
Chinups: 3x(8-6-5)xBW
Incline situps: 3x(8-10)xBW
Weight: 68.2kg (I need to eat more proteins!)

Hahahaha, writing error. It's 68.2, just corrected it now. Im not gaining much (if any), so I need to eat more (proteins).

And yeah, ITS FVCKEN 190 LBS! :D
Closing onto 200 lbs and 2 plates.
