My girl have left me to go to her friend. I was drunken and I shout at her to stop to talk to me! She tell me her good friend respect her more. He is Kjell. She calls Kjell to say to drive her home and he comes to take her. She call me after and say she not want to be with me now. She go with Kjell tonight!!!

She always say Kjell is sweet kind man. He buy flowers and candy. This is AFC!! Nice guy!!! That is bad, no? NO! She want him not me!!

She say I not nice for her so I try not to have anger but I say to him if he take my girl i will hit to make blood. He tell her what I say and she says to stop! She cares more for him now and she think I am evil!

He turned her love against me onto him and I cant stop to get anger! He play sweety act for her and shows his anger to me when she not see!!

Help me please.

When this girl says that Kjell is being "nice" she probably means he pushes the right buttons to get her attracted to him. Being "nice" could mean he gave her 10 orgasms in a row for all you know.

I seriously think he may give her flowers and candy, and then rocks her world afterwards. You can get away with a lot if you make a girl attracted to you, and that includes semi-AFC behavior.

You are taking the "nice guy" thing all wrong. Not being a "nice guy" in the context of the "DJ Bible" does not mean being angry and violent. It just means not letting women walk on you and take advantage of you.

Random Flowers and candy and all that wussy type behaviour IS OK in moderation as a reward for a girl if she is sweet, respectable etc etc. You should have established yourself as a real man already before doing this.

This is however NOT necessary, if this is a LTR what you DO need to give her is affection and attention.

You however DO NOT buy gifts if it appears you are sucking up, or buying her attention. This also includes gifts when she is pi$$ed off at you or been a drama queen. Why? Because you don't want to reinforce this behaviour.

Displays of anger is ok as long as it is controlled, exploding in anger isn't. Real men can express anger without flying off his nut.

You can be sure that the fact she is disrespecting you is NOT because you are not giving her flowers and candy.

ok dude. First of all, stop calling her "your girl." Because apparently she's not "your girl" anymore. She is "your ex." Ok step 1 complete.

There is a tiny possibility that she's giving you one last chance (if you have actually been pushing the wrong buttons, which I might assume from what she said), so I suggest you try that, but omit yourself from forbidding her to have an affair with Kjell, or forbid her to accept presents, etc. you can tell her you're sorry for being too crude, and simply ask her for another try. If she says no, then tell her you've had a great time with her and wish her good luck in life. And go.

Note that you cannot force anyone to be with you, you cannot make anyone love you just because you want them to, all you can do is present yourself to them in a way you think is honest and best and give them a choice, sometimes even directly.

Buying flowers or gifts is totally not AFC. Whoever said it must've been someone or some people who used to buy lots of gifts and got dumped. No, buying gifts/flowers does not make you an AFC. If Mr. James Bond arrived on the scene to meet a girl on date with his smooth self and brought some flowers/chocolate gift. Do you think that makes her feel extra special?
