Regarding those "nerdy" hobbies, you must not let them mould your identity and character. If you are passionate about something like comic books, etc. it can work in your advantage, just don't flash it and bore women to death with it. You gotta be more than sum of your hobbies and sh*t you do privately.

Regarding motorbikes, majority of women don't really care about your bike. However a small number of women who love bikes will show huge interest if you have an exciting bike. Personally, I don't like "biker" chicks, but whatever. I love women who are very new to bikes so I can provide them with experience of riding two-up. It's much sweeter that way.
Being a biker will only score you a point in the "daredevil" factor, the fact that you are doing something considered a bit dangerous and "selfish".
However, I've noticed women giving me more attention when I'm in full riding suit. Seems like it's interesting to them, while not really caring about your bike itself.
My other hobbies are reading and playing guitar, but since i'm not the one to post anything like that on social media or flash it in people's faces, they would never know. You can score points and have wonderful conversation topics with women, but only after you meet them. It's not a pusseh magnet by itself.

The only activity that REALLY scored big points for me is traveling. Women just LOVE talking about travels and will put you on a pedestal if you are someone who has seen the world. One post on social media from somewhere pretty and distant will do wonders. Each time I got back from a trip I've had girls wanting to meet up to talk about it and share experiences. Like someone above has said, they probably think if they hook up with you they will travel with you. Especially if it's somewhere romantic that you've been to.
Amsterdam, Moscow, Rome, Krakow are places I've been to in last 2 years and they just go crazy when you show them photos and talk passionately about it.

It certainly isn't difficult to see why traveling is seen as attractive. A woman talking to a guy who travels a lot might think that if she hooks up with him, she will end up traveling with him, and most women like going on interesting trips.
Women like travel and travel related things.

Golf is one of those hobbies that women have traditionally complained about with men. I guess because it eats up a good part of the day, and he spends it with other men, instead of making time for them. Some women are good golfers though.
It tends to be married women/women in longer duration relationships complaining about men's golf habit eating up many hours of the day. These women are beta-izing their long term boyfriend/longer term husband. In the earlier stages of a relationship, many women might appreciate that the man has a hobby that prevents him from being too smothering to her early on.

There are some married men and married with with younger children who will forsake their golf or other sport hobby for the sake of 'family time' and appeasing the wife. I think this is more common than most will acknowledge. I am a tennis player. It's far more difficult to get a married men with younger children (typically under 10) to play tennis, especially the married men with children under 5.

Few men will go golfing with their girlfriends/wives. Most women won't be able to golf at a comparable level to their boyfriend/husband. Women who were competitive high school or even college golfers will always be popular with recreational male golfers. They might not even need to use a swipe app as they can often meet men through their golf hobby.

Women who have talent in many sports find themselves with penis abundance even without a swipe app, but probably not the overwhelming abundance that a swipe app can provide.

Tennis has some similarity to golf as a mating hobby. Like golf, most women won't be able to play tennis at a similar level to most recreational player males. Despite tennis' reputation of being female friendly, it is a sausage fest, especially amongst the good players.

Tennis is not a great way to meet women in your 20s and 30s. At public courts, you will rarely see 2 women in their 20s/30s playing a singles match. Most attractive women in their 20s/30s at public courts are playing with their boyfriend, husband, brother, or some other male. At private courts, there usually isn't a great membership base of younger women. Private courts are often a good way to meet late 30s-early 50s year old women. Some divorcees and wives of rich men who are 40+ are known to take drills/lessons together and play doubles at private clubs.

A female who has tennis skills and is reasonably young will be very popular with men without needing apps.

I've also seen the same thing happen with volleyball. If you ever go to sand volleyball courts and observe who is there, it's typically more men than women. However, a woman with volleyball skills will also be very popular. Women with volleyball skills tend to be taller women. Most of the talented female volleyball players at any given sand court will be 5'8"+ and seeking taller men.

I used to love playing tennis when I was younger, I was obsessed with it. There was one girl who was pretty good who used to play mixed doubles with her father a lot. As you say though, the average person couldn't really step on to the court and handle playing someone who played regularly. Unfortunately, tennis dried up in my area, no one wants to play, they even took our courts out. Otherwise I'd still be playing, even though I'm far from prime age for it anymore. Very sad.

I think it's more an attitude thing. Just like tattoos used to signify a rebellious attitude, motorcycling used to be rebellious as well. The bad boy image, if you will. However, the guys who start riding motorcycles in order to be attractive to the ladies have the accoutrements but not the proper motivations. Tough guys used to rock tattoos, but taking tattoos for female appreciation doesn't make you a rebel, so it's just so much graffiti defacing the building.

Any 'hobby' you will get in order to be attractive to others is only a neon sign displaying your insecurity and desperation.
Most riders don't ride as a hobby even, it's just to cultivate an image of themselves and nothing more. The day I see a Harley/cruiser rider out when it's raining or cold outside, I'll change my mind.

Yes. Over here a lot of people ride scooters and motorcycles because the dense traffic. I used to be a motorcycle courier, delivering small valuable packages by motorcycle in the Randstad, regardless of the weather.

I was thinking about buying a motorcycle to give the idea that I'm a biker, but I've felt for a scooter.

There are still no hobbies who can provide childless women after their 30's..
