You have clearly worked very hard on improving your looks and physique, and you deserve respect for that. You should have no problems attracting women's attention, but shyness can be a real problem. Even if you meet a woman who is hot for you, shyness can be a big turn off...and I sure know it!

I recommend checking various posts on this board and in the tips section about confidence, conversations etc. They have been very useful to me. Also, there are some excellent books and tapes that can help you out very quickly.

But shyness can come in different forms. It could be fear of rejection/criticism, self-doubt, fear of intimacy and a lot of things. What you need to do is take a moment to think about what is holding you back and why, and then try to overcome that problem.

i used to be fat, even then i'd attract chix (don't ask me how) but i missed the confidence. Now that i've taken care of my appearance, it's still there.

Hi, you look pretty good looking. What you have to realise is that a lot of girls are insecure and may feel you are out of their league and therefore don't give you signals or talk to you. It is your job to just go up to them, say hello, smile at them etc. Once you do that you will find the girls will help you keep the convo going especially if they like you.

Alternatively, just go to a club and wear a tight shirt and hope a girl will be so drunk and full of lust that she will do all the work

before my comments let me humbly request that you tell me what kind of exercises you do. i've been working out for almost a year and i dont look half that good

shyness is unfortunately a major issue if your a budding DJ. what you need to do is practice on girls lower on the food chain to build up your confidence. practice making friends and family members laugh, and then apply these skills when talking to women.

but if that fails, you can always run topless down a beach and watch the women follow with their tongues hanging out. lol
