hehe you'r right, i will give some good advice. Through all my training experience, i have learned that the supplementation and nutrition is far more important than how many days you train a week. Creatine is the best supplement i used to date.
If you'r serious about getting buffed, just buy the book "body for life" by bill philips. It's going to be a real good investment. It covers a lot of topics that i just can't explain...

any chance you work for bill philips? ;)

i'm not gonna get a hold of his book, but i'm definately going to buy some creatine at the weekend. i always thought it was dangerous, but fvck it. i'm not just gonna buy some £20 tub of whey every month.

Just as a note, the creatine should supplement your training... Don't think that just taking creatine and not working out will get you any results.

damn, i was gunna just lie up on the couch with a big bucket of creatine and a spoon and wait for me to get buff :(
