Is there a racial barrier?

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum, and this is my problem:

I'm Asian, and I live in a predominantly white city, although I have dated several white women, I think that a lot of white girls are put off initially by my heritage (I'm not ugly though).

Is this something I can overcome with being more DJlike or is it just something I'm doing to rationalize not approaching women?

Black guys have an advantage over white guys. I dont understand how you havent realized that yet.

Depends on which city you're in. Seattle is different from New York is different from Memphis. There are some places where race matters more and other places where race matters less.

Anyway, I actually think you are at an advantage because you're somewhat unique in your area. Just avoid the silly Asian sterotype of the nerd/geek and cultivate a badass image like those Asian guys in the first Fast and Furious movie, but be a great guy.....

Honestly, I think it only matters in terms of negative stereotypes. For example, I am a south Indian male that was born and lived in New Zealand my whole life.

I try and distance myself from negative stereotypes regarding Indian culture and I'm fine - I don't have an accent, keep good fashion sense, work out etc.

Just things like this that separate you from any negatives associated with your particular race are really all you need.

Practically I'd say just introduce elements into your character both in terms of looks/style and also hobbies. For example, if you're an Asian that does boxing or some other sport like that you're immediately distancing yourself from the typical "study hard" Asian mentality.

Just my 2 cents.

EDIT: Oh, and yeah, well the few attractive Indian/Asian girls I do see, it seems easier to game. Too bad I'm more into those blondes.

I think it does matter to some girls, but I believe it has less to do with how physically attractive women find them. It's more about the attitude of a lot of fresh off the boat guys have about dating turns a lot of white women off. It gives cool Asians a bad name. However, confidence absolutely transcends any of that. Thinking that it matters will only make it harder for you to approach and game.

There's two kinds of Asian girls out there, the traditional b*itchy kind, and the cool kind (who only date white guys).

I was born here, so I don't have those Fresh off the boat problems.

But thanks guys, the question is really doesn't matter now that I think about it. Being a DJ is all about self improvement and confidence, so real or perceived handicaps don't really matter in the big picture.

Yes. If race is part of a woman's qualifying criteria, you will never be able to overcome that barrier.

You always need to be improving yourself so that, when the right one comes along (i.e. a woman who finds you attractive), you'll be ready to handle her.

In the meantime, you need to approach and talk to women who you find attractive and/or who are giving you IOIs. Practice, practice, practice.

I ve seen people being rejected on bases of their ethnicity and religion a lot more than race.

The feminist agenda which started around the 60's was mainly targeted towards the white male population. Today's feminized young white men who populate this forum and other forums like it and make up most of the customers of the PUA industry and PUA seminars are a result of what started decades ago.

The black male population luckily wasn't targeted with feminism but other things to destroy them (drugs for example).

The reason a lot of women gravitate towards black men is because they have that old school masculine energy of men from the past. This is because we still haven't seen the black generation of pu$$ywhipped men unlike for whites who have already been ruined.
