I was actually referring to a chemical imbalance of the brain in his case. But sure, social deprivation sure played a part as it does in many other cases. The difference between you and me versus people like that is chemical, not social.That imbalance you talk about is what ALOT of people have.
This, I cant disagree with. The difference in the states has to be firearms. We have a very similar social landscape here in the UK, but we don't have guns in every other house. In fact, I think I've only ever known one person here show me a gun in their own home.The system is setup for the majority to suffer while a very few (5%) have enjoyment.
Sh!T comes out in different ways though, I guess.
