You don't need roids to get buff. Just eat properly and eat a lot, lift heavy weights, rest, and stay dedicated because it takes time. It's like a tree that grows ring by ring. You don't notice it if you look at it every day, but if you look each year, you'll notice the difference. Guys just don't know how to do it right. They're doing it all wrong!

I know guys that were buttass ugly who bulked up and got more women after them than I could imagine at the time. Now I'm in those same shoes, and it's great!

One other thing women like are nice teeth. If you have f'd up teeth, get them fixed. If they're already straight, then just get them whitened.

Bottom line: become attractive to women. That's the very first step. Otherwise, you'll just be gaming undesirable women.

It's only natural women prefer men with better bodies. Looking after your apperance tells a woman that you're healthy and more likely to stay healthy and in good shape into the future.


Also it tells women straight away that you have high self esteem and therefore high value. You can demonstrate high value in other visual ways too like body language. You can also demonstrate high value when talking and getting to know them.


Men are much more shallower then women regarding looks.

Ok, but the difference is, this is an "18" year old girl you're talking about. It has been my experience that when girls are young like this, they pretty much qualify guys soley on their looks. When I was in high school, I got much more play from attractive girls than I get now. And I'm still as good-looking as I was back then. Hmm, strange, wouldn't ya say?

I don't know what it is that happens to women as they get older; maybe it's a biological/hormonal change or whatever, but as they get older(once they're in college), it's been my observation that the majority of them don't care about physical looks. "Exception" needs to be replaced with "common". Hot women with below average-looking men is a very common thing. There was even a write up about it on Yahoo a while back(with NYC being the case study), to which I posted the link and made a thread about. Even my buddies have agreed with me. This is the only place I come to where that claim is contended with. You guys seriously need to get out more and observe. I'm in Manahattan every weekend of my life, and I can tell you I see A LOT of attractive women with below average-looking men, just like that guy in the picture I posted. So much so, that it's literally refreshing when I see a hot woman with an above average-looking guy. Honestly.

I agree, that chic isn't hot, she is rather chubby. And, she is a goth chic anyways, which is just about the lowest social value you could find. Also, you don't know the whole story, maybe he has $$$$$ or other status that you aren't aware of. In any case, this is a bad example.

In all actuality, I've found goths to be one of the most "intellectual", "friendly", and "normal" of all people belonging to any particular scene. Don't let a few idiots who start shooting people up, skew your perception of what the scene is all about. Believe me, because I've been around the scene long enough to know. I'm not a goth myself, but I do hang out in the scene once in a while(because I find a lot of the scantlily clad women in it sexy as hell) and have gotten to know many people in it. There are crazy people in EVERY scene. Most women in general(trendy, punk, goth, etc.) are f*cked up, you should know that, no matter what scene they're in.

That may be the case in Manhattan but here in los angeles/orange county ive yet to come across a gorgeous women with an average man as a common thing. Yes ive seen the goldiggin wh0res in their roles royce with some average dude by them but that doesn't prove anything.

I agree that after a certain age the importance of looks fades a bit but to make a claim that looks do not matter at all is complete crap. Looks to me is not only about your facial structure but being well groomed, having a good sense of style, and other factors that a guy must take to take care of himself (bodybuilding, dental hygiene, etc etc). To say that you can be a fat slob with yellow teeth, acne, and dandruff and be able to nail any women is a ridiculous claim which i know all of you would agree with. Thus if you agree that a guy as the one mentioned cannot achieve getting the women he dreams then you would agree that looks do matter. The thing that all the people who are b1itching about dont realize is that looking good is the easiest to do.

It is you who need to understand something as well. This girl is not hot. Trendy girls do not go to goth/rave/underground clubs because they are too hot to be there. The point of even having an underground scene is to make lower value people feel comfortable there. I have never in my life seen a goth girl at a house club--not once. Never have I seen a well heeled paris hilton type girl at a goth club. You may be right about the guys, but that doesn't matter, what matters is the type of females you are after. Im sorry, but goth girls are just lower on the social ladder no matter how you slice it.

I won't debate the fact that looks will get you in the door, they will. After that, you have to be something or have some sort of personality to close the deal. You are not going to change the mind of men who actually go out and hook up females nightly--men like me. I know that part of the reason the girls go home with me instead of the ugly guy with great personality is because my looks/attitude intimidate other guys. One of my favorite things to do is to blatantly walk between a smaller/avg guy and the hot girl he is gaming and start talking to her while he is right behind me. Sometimes I literally nudge the other guy out of the way. I keep thinking that the girl will say something like "hey, thats rude!" or "excuse me, I was talking to him" or something in defense of the other guy. But, it never happens...in all cases, the female just resets her entire mind and starts a new conversation with me as if other guy never existed in the first place. Furthermore, I keep waiting for these guys to actually say something to me--to actually stand up for themselves (even though I outweigh them by 80lbs) and attempt to assert some sort of resistance to my d1ckheadedness. It never happens. This leads me to believe that females want a better looking guy, but they don't always have the ability to get one. So, they settle for someone who makes them laugh or feel comfortable or whatever secondary characteristic the average guy happens to have. But, if a hot guy comes up to that same girl-- she will be gone in less than a second with him.

People REALLY need to see it from the girl's perspective. It seems like every guy thinks he deserves a really hot girl and they just skip over the other girls completely. Well then, what about the girls? They want someone who is hot as hell too. If they look good, why settle for some short chubby guy when the tall handsome guy has game, money, and confidence? Looks just add a little more to the package and unfortunately WILL limit you.

Like in sports, no matter how hard you try you just won't make it to the top unless you are blessed genetically. You can improve a lot on your current condition but you do have a limit. Doesn't mean you shouldn't not try to improve as much as you can but just be willing to accept how far you can go.

According to his story (which may or may not be true), this tactic does work and the girls are attracted to him. I know I've been the guy who's been shoved away before, I'll be talking to a girl, making her laugh, etc. and then some hot guy will just swoop in and take over and she forgets about me. Even if I see her later (since I'm at college), she'll just kind of pretend to barely know me. This is one of the things that is motivating me to get in better shape and build some muscle (I'm 5'6 so need the size to compensate).
