Now that the U.S. dollar has lost all its strength China is being tempted to sell their Dollar holdings. Nobody wants to have trillions of dollars of a currency that is worth less than the currencies of other countries. The Arab countries have already given up on the U.S. and switched to Euro's.

Chinas currency is not on the free market but it will be soon and when it does get on the free market and it's value goes through the roof America will be pay 3x the price on imports. That is scary to America being that 2/3 of America's GDP is made up of consumerism. Economically America is in a extremely dangerous place at the moment. To put it bluntly America's future is tied in with the Chinese Yuan. If it hits the free markets America is out of business for good. That is something nobody can dispute.
So do not tell me about American's living large with 64 billion dollars credit card debt and 1.3 trillion overall debt Americans are living way beyond their means. We are talking 4 mortgages on houses, sub-prime lenders giving money to America that do not qualify with mainstream lenders.
