How to do you let go and not care what a casual partner is doing?

Honestly it's probably a sign you're with the wrong type of person. If not that, maybe you have some insecurities that are affecting your self esteem.

I met a hot girl while traveling abroad a couple of months ago. We slept together 15-20 times.

Anyway, given that this isn't even an official relationship, why do I keep having jealous pangs and urges to know what she's getting up to?
Because she is hot. If she was overweight or in her 40s or a single mother, you wouldn't care.

She says she's waiting for me but I'm not naive enough to believe that a promiscuous person by nature would go two months without sex. So given the obvious fact she's slept with at least one person over the last few weeks (perhaps a local FB in her location), what's up with my weird obsessiveness over what she's doing?

I suspect this stems from my lack of an abundance mindset.
Nope. It's because she is hot. If she was overweight or in her 40s or a single mother, you wouldn't care.

It doesn't even feel fair of me to get jealous over what she's up to seeing as I didn't ask her to be in a relationship.
It's not *her* you are in love with, it's *connection* and *sex* you are missing. Combine that with the fact that she is hot, it's a recipe for jealousy.

You are still in your early 30s so that's still a sensitive age for sex and babies and relationships as everyone around you is settling down, getting pregnant. Once you get older it will go away.

It's not something rational but rather an emotional thing.
Exactly. Women are emotional about this, but you should be able to shake that off and see it with a rational mind.

However, maybe 'casual dating' is not your way of having relationships with women. I know a lot of guys like the idea of 'spinning plates', but you will occasionally fail and break the plate (lose the woman). If you have abandonment issues, you'd probably be better off in a monogamous relationship where you can strive for exclusivity.
