If you are willing to have relatively low standards AND live in an area with a decent OLD pool this is not all that unrealistic.

I knew a guy that was living in a college town when he was in his early to mid 20s who got a lot of action from OLD, particularly tinder. He was a real life 7 for his age, was 6'+, decently handsome and looked like an average guy you'd see that played pickup basketball games at the gym. I had this preconceived notion that he was pulling a bunch of cute or even hot women from OLD, but I was totally incorrect. Most of the women he pulled from there were honestly average looking, in fact I'd even add that a good portion of them were below average and something I'd never be interested in. The key to this success though is that he was willing to lower his standards by quite a bit when it came to shorter term type flings. The real relationships that he did end up having though were women that were fairly similar to him in regards to attractiveness.

You probably banged a lot of fatties or left over women that you met with OLD sources. There's nothing wrong with this, but don't pretend you were landing quality women left and right.

I don't have low standards. I will never bang a fat chick and I typically will not even bother messaging anyone I consider under a 6. Usually 6's and 7's and a handful of 8's sprinkled in.

Ok, I am going to join another Real Estate broker who focuses on downsizing seniors. Since I am patient and my folks are very old so the solution is to switch brokerages. Having a buried Real Estate license where you can make thousands to ten thousands after a sale is not nice while working at a lower wage job at the same time.
