In case anyone thinks I'm joking, I'm not. If you arn't having wet dreams or have masturbated for years without having wet dreams, don't go for long periods of time like that without any sort of release. The technical term is called hematospermia, which is greek for "bloody sperm." It's not life threatening if you get it, though. Atleast I didn't die.
