Any of you found that since getting those big ass arms & looking big & muscular you have had more success with woman?

Before I gained my size & muscle I rarely had any luck with females.

I'm only 5ft8 and in my skinny days, height & small build combined, literally only got me the fatties.

However since I get muscular & bigger I do much better with the ladies.. It's actually improved my facial features too, my jaw line looks sharper & I have a thicker neck.

Even my online profile is doing much better.. On average I am getting around 7-10 numbers daily off online slvts.

I get much more respect off other men & I find it easier to be more dominant around men & woman both

None of this would have been possible if I had not embraced the Iron many years ago now.
Hey brother,

Does it help? Of course, it does. Women make up their minds about a man they meet within the first 5 seconds of meeting him. So appearance is important. Muscles are part of that. Just don't overdo it. We've heard of plenty of women getting turned off by huge guys. So it is our humble opinion to do it in moderation. Don't become one of those big dudes with little brains and out of breath when they run to the corner. That's sad. Being fit and healthy is what you truly want which is different from bulking up massively.

In our experience women actually first notice things like: Grooming (hair, beard if any, skin, nails, etc), teeth are a big one which is followed by a smile, shoes are another big one, etc.

Furthermore, appearance alone won't seal the deal and you know that because we know you from interacting with you directly. Personal growth and how you present yourself in those 5 seconds and onwards are key and it's what seals the deal. A man with high standards, emotionally in check, confident, a high-value man with plenty of options to choose from that knows his worth, etc, etc. Those things are equally if not more important but we're sure you know that.

More importantly, fitness should be a passion because YOU value it. You are getting "buffed' because YOU want it for yourself and want to be healthy and feel good about yourself. It doesn't matter if it attracts more women, that shouldn't be in your mind. But you know that.

Our two cents,

I d also add it's important to be strong functionally. Super hot day my hose attachment broke. So I started carrying big buckets of water. Killed my left arm. It will take me 3 months of light exercise to be able to lift again

Muscles don't matter, only game matters during pickup.

That said, you want to scare other dudes, having muscles certainly helps. In my current profession, it can mean the difference between a good day or a bad day at work. I have a work colleague who is crazy jacked but he's scared of the dark. Moonlights as a bouncer and gets lots of numbers. I have another colleague who is twice as big as the previous guy, he looks like Mr. Universe, has a voice lower than Darth Vader. Can't talk to a girl to save his life.

It is impossible for a natural, recreational athlete to be “too big.” The look you’re referring to requires PEDs and Growth Hormones.

Just keep in mind you will need to progressively increase the weight load on your muscles to create the tissue damage needed for growth. Performing body-weight calisthenics is great for general practical strength and mental well-being, but will not add size and bulk.

And don’t listen to anyone saying “muscles don’t matter, I know skinny/fat guys who pull supermodels every night” etc. Your physical appearance matters. Your musculature matters. Your height matters. Your face matters. Your haircut matters. Your fashion matters. It matters. Optimize what you can optimize. It makes absolutely zero sense to intentionally handicap yourself by being scrawny or fat. I just don’t get the “it doesn’t matter” mentality, or why that’s good advice. It absolutely matters, especially these days.
I never said appearance doesn't matter. It's obviously the no.1 factor. However, the no. 1 factor in appearance is your face, not your body.

If your face is handsome and your body somewhere within the average range, you'll be far more attractive than a guy with an ugly mug and a ripped physique.

Woman are not initially attracted to dad bods, doughy guys, or overly skinny guys. They're just NOT. Now, they may settle for one
Again, you act as if people's faces and heads either don't matter or don't exist. Women are attracted to men first and foremost based upon their facial appearance. As long as their body is normal, they are going to be attracted. A muscular physique within the normal range is a bonus.

But few women are attracted to an extremely muscular dude with an ugly mug.

You exercise for your own health and well being, not because it guarantees lays with hotties.

It’s pretty hard for a fit person to have an ugly mug unless they have a grooming issue or bad teeth. Fitness improves facial symmetry and the hydration helps with skin appearance.

Fitness doesn't improve facial symmetry, nor does it help with hydration.

My mistake for being imprecise. Doesn’t improve symmetry, improves aesthetics. That jawline definition. As for hydration people who work out drink more water...
It can help only if you were very obese to begin with. For someone who is already of normal weight, not so much. Also, you can drink more water without working out. Lifting doesn't dehydrate you, btw, aerobic activity does. Also, the water you drink to rehydrate doesn't offer extra hydration for your skin, it just replaces water you sweat out while exercising. If you drink any excess, you pee it out.

This x100.

I explained why in a separate post in this thread. There are biological/evolutionary reasons why women are attracted to men like this. I also know tall, rich, good-looking guys who are total dorks with no game and can't get laid to save their life, so that argument doesn’t fly.

Woman are not initially attracted to dad bods, doughy guys, or overly skinny guys. They're just NOT. Now, they may settle for one because that's all they can get or some women do prefer these guys because they don't get hit on by women so the girl doesn’t have to worry about him cheating.

Some of these posts I read sound like excuses; hate working out at home, too many homeless people, gyms are closed or unsafe, whatever.

Look, not everyone has the self-discipline and drive to stay in great shape. I get that. I'm not perfect either. BUT, if you're serious about it, you can make it happen.

Since COVID-19 hit in March of 2020, I've put my gym membership on hold and have been working out in my garage 3-4 x week. I can do about 90% of what I was doing at the $126/month gym I was at. I always lift with the garage door open, sometimes at night when it’s in the 20’s or 30’s outside, and most are night workouts since October. I can see my breath when working out. I run before each workout to warm up and have a space heater in there but it's as Rocky IV as you can get.

So, the big question is: How bad do you want it? I'm willing to put in the hours and hard work to get results.

And if you "have no time?" Ok, let me ask you: How much time do you spend on your lame smartphone, surfing porn, chasing uninterested women, and watching some dumb show on Netflix? Probably a hell of a lot more than working out 3-4x week would take.

Great post mate!

I hear these same lame excuses from some of my work colleagues..

01. The gym is closed
02. It's cold outside
03. I blame the government for losing all my gains
04. It's not safe for me to run in my local area
05. Home gym gear is expensive

All excuses!

Since the gyms have closed in the UK the price of buying home dumbells or a bench has sky rocketed.

That being said if you make an effort & look for a second hand deal, you can easily buy a bench press & maybe 100kg of Weight in cast iron plates for around £200 with an Olympic bar & bar bells it could be £280

One of my work colleagues trained hard for nearly 2 years & made some excellent gains. Bigger arms, bigger shoulders, 6 pack abs.

Since the gyms closed he lost most of his gians, because he simply stopped training.

I advised him months ago, to invest a few hundred dollars/pounds on home gym gear..

However he insisted home gym gear was not worth buying as it is currently over priced due to gym closures.

Where is the logic on this? Over the last few years, in order for him to make those gains he has spent thousands on.. Gym membership.. High nutrition meal 4x5 daily.. Supplements.. Protein powder & creatine.. Gym clothing etc etc.

That investment of several thousands of pounds has been thrown away, for the sake of avoiding having to spend £300? Lol

These are just excuses.. If a man is passionate & determined to stay on his path.. He will do anything to keep his fitness in check no matter what.

Never try to read a woman's mind. It is a scary place. Ignore her confusing signals and mixed messages. Assume she is interested in you and act accordingly.

It's not important. It's something to do for yourself if you choose to, but understanding and applying the fundamental principles of seduction will get you more genuine success with women than anything else.

So basically he changed the topic from a question: does it help you get laid more often to a whiny, naggy lecture about how you're not really a man unless you constantly pump iron in your basement or garage with a 5 gallon jug of gatorade by your side.

Nope I didn't say that at all.. You don't have to workout in your basement at all.. You can sit on your azz & do nothing for all I care.

I was referring to the guys who are already training & have a long running fitness regime, who have suddenly quit training due to gym closure & now have a bunch of lame excuses for bailing out.

And why 5 gallon jugs? When you can buy legit cast Iron weights for very little money.

You are making a small cash investment in your health & fitness, sound like a major obstacle by intentionally using negative language such as dingy basements & gallon jugs.

Again these are more excuses!

lol, dude I agree that strength training is important. I've already noted that several times. I'm simply pointing out that you've ditched your original question (which you do again in your post above), which is whether it helps you get laid. The answer is that it doesn't.

Anyway, back to whiny, nagging lecturing...

I didn't realise I was meant to strictly stick to my original narrative? And not move the conversation anywhere beyond that point.

Sorry dude

I feel like this too strictly categorizes face vs. body, the way we do with women. With men, it's more of a sum of the two -- although I agree, if we're comparing a very handsome guy with a dad bod, to a pug-nosed disaster ripped like a Men's Health cover model, you're right. Some women prefer the more rugged macho man look, but I'd say at least 7 out of 10 will go for the pretty boy if both were presented purely in a vacuum (where their status, wealth, and personalities/game etc. were either identical or irrelevant). However, I don't think the comparison is ever that polar in practical reality.

In practical reality, most of us fall within the gray area of the pretty-ugly spectrum. Most of us posting on an attraction forum, that is. And for most of us Joe's, pumping iron and building a powerful, intimidating physique is something we can all easily control and optimize, unlike our facial aesthetics or our height.

And to add, getting in killer shape will improve not only your body, but your face as well. It will chisel up your cheeks and jawline. When combined with a haircut that tightens up the sides, this accentuates the chin and jawline and gives much more handsome, masculine appearance.

Although I believe weight/resistance/strength training of some kind is essential, to answer your question, no, it doesn't give you an advantage in dating.

It's just too easy to find endless examples of jacked guys who aren't getting laid.
See, this is like saying that wealth and status don't give you an advantage in dating, or being handsome doesn't give you advantage in dating, because we all know financially successful men and handsome men who can't get women. I certainly do.

However, unlike being 6'4, having a high 6-figure career and looking like a movie star, having a sexually appealing body is readily attainable to everyone here reading and posting on this forum, and it absolutely gives you an SMV boost-- I can't even imagine why, or how, anyone is going to argue with me on that.

Your work mate has not entirely wasted his money tho,as you probably aware we have muscle memory (luckily) so a few weeks hard training and he will be back to where he was,I know this to be true, because I have read it in books I trust, and experienced it myself, after not training for a few months due to injuries (and shrinking...which is depressing, becasue muscle is hard gotton...) after 4 weeks hard graft I was right back where I was...however,I agree with your wider points and about excuses, yes, deffo true

Yes and no. I grew up playing soccer my whole life so was very lean with a 6 pack. Then I quit and gained weight. When I got serious with weightlifting, I undoubtedly got attention from the ladies but not as much as when I was lean. I never got back to having a ripped stomach and it seems like a 6 pack is what all the women are after. Everything else is supplemental. Not knocking whatsoever either. I still lift heavy and I'm pretty broad but like @RangerMIke said, I'll never get back to what I looked like in my early 20s nor am I trying to.
Add in 20-30 min of cardio 5 days and nd limit your carb intake. You will get shredded in the next few months. You'll keep most of your muscles if your protein intake is high enough and you hit the muscles.

Yeah, not so much. It requires being exceptionally careful about what, how often and when you eat and an extreme level of dedication to weight training.

Go to any gym, go to a 100 if you care to, and ask yourself how many of the men in the weight room have anything near a "sexually appealing body" to the ladies. It's going to be a low percentage.

Again, strength training is vital for your own health, but getting "the fitness cover look" is just about impossible naturally.

My problem is my diet and drinking. I'm at a comfortable state where I can still get women while living a life where I'm not enslaved to my eating habits and physique. I've learned some people are willing to sacrifice it all for their physiques. I'm not. Again, not knocking on anyone who does. Do you if that's your thing.

At this point you probably have a woman (or multiple women) chasing you around, calling you all the time, wanting to be with you. So let's talk about how to KEEP a woman interested in you once you have her. This is BIG! There is nothing worse than getting dumped by a woman that you really, really like.
