Hey brother,Any of you found that since getting those big ass arms & looking big & muscular you have had more success with woman?
Before I gained my size & muscle I rarely had any luck with females.
I'm only 5ft8 and in my skinny days, height & small build combined, literally only got me the fatties.
However since I get muscular & bigger I do much better with the ladies.. It's actually improved my facial features too, my jaw line looks sharper & I have a thicker neck.
Even my online profile is doing much better.. On average I am getting around 7-10 numbers daily off online slvts.
I get much more respect off other men & I find it easier to be more dominant around men & woman both
None of this would have been possible if I had not embraced the Iron many years ago now.
Does it help? Of course, it does. Women make up their minds about a man they meet within the first 5 seconds of meeting him. So appearance is important. Muscles are part of that. Just don't overdo it. We've heard of plenty of women getting turned off by huge guys. So it is our humble opinion to do it in moderation. Don't become one of those big dudes with little brains and out of breath when they run to the corner. That's sad. Being fit and healthy is what you truly want which is different from bulking up massively.
In our experience women actually first notice things like: Grooming (hair, beard if any, skin, nails, etc), teeth are a big one which is followed by a smile, shoes are another big one, etc.
Furthermore, appearance alone won't seal the deal and you know that because we know you from interacting with you directly. Personal growth and how you present yourself in those 5 seconds and onwards are key and it's what seals the deal. A man with high standards, emotionally in check, confident, a high-value man with plenty of options to choose from that knows his worth, etc, etc. Those things are equally if not more important but we're sure you know that.
More importantly, fitness should be a passion because YOU value it. You are getting "buffed' because YOU want it for yourself and want to be healthy and feel good about yourself. It doesn't matter if it attracts more women, that shouldn't be in your mind. But you know that.
Our two cents,
