I explained why in a separate post in this thread. There are biological/evolutionary reasons why women are attracted to men like this. I also know tall, rich, good-looking guys who are total dorks with no game and can't get laid to save their life, so that argument doesn’t fly.
Woman are not initially attracted to dad bods, doughy guys, or overly skinny guys. They're just NOT. Now, they may settle for one because that's all they can get or some women do prefer these guys because they don't get hit on by women so the girl doesn’t have to worry about him cheating.
Some of these posts I read sound like excuses; hate working out at home, too many homeless people, gyms are closed or unsafe, whatever.
Look, not everyone has the self-discipline and drive to stay in great shape. I get that. I'm not perfect either. BUT, if you're serious about it, you can make it happen.
Since COVID-19 hit in March of 2020, I've put my gym membership on hold and have been working out in my garage 3-4 x week. I can do about 90% of what I was doing at the $126/month gym I was at. I always lift with the garage door open, sometimes at night when it’s in the 20’s or 30’s outside, and most are night workouts since October. I can see my breath when working out. I run before each workout to warm up and have a space heater in there but it's as Rocky IV as you can get.
So, the big question is: How bad do you want it? I'm willing to put in the hours and hard work to get results.
And if you "have no time?" Ok, let me ask you: How much time do you spend on your lame smartphone, surfing porn, chasing uninterested women, and watching some dumb show on Netflix? Probably a hell of a lot more than working out 3-4x week would take.
