And that's why you should aim to lose 10 kilos while training, so that you average opponent is going to be 10 kilos lighter than you are.wolf116 said:Size is not my only focus, thats why I'm not bodybuilding. But those that think size dose not matter are kidding themselfs. The reason they introduced weight divisions is because good small guys were getting there a$$es kicked buy big $h!t fighters. Heavy weight fighters that are muscily (not sumo style) will normally beat a fast middleweigh.
I'm tall, 6 foot 2 or 3. About regular heavyweight height. If I lost 10kg's id look sh!t. I will be a heavyweight!! I want to be the best fighter I can ever become. I believe I need to pack on the muscle and weight to do that.Ice Cold said:And that's why you should aim to lose 10 kilos while training, so that you average opponent is going to be 10 kilos lighter than you are.
Usually all of the heavyweights are tall.
You're on the right track. You're weight will go up eventually. For me, while doing bjj, I have to workout for 2-3 monthes, then all of a sudden, I gain .5-1pound a week till I gain 4-5 pounds, then the cycle starts over again.wolf116 said:I will post my results.
Spesmilitis, I do most of the things you say. 30min extreamily intence workout. If I did it more than twice a week i would be too sore fore mma tho(can't cahnge the weights day). I have been adding weight at a steddy rate. Not mass tho.
