Either you are going to stop completely, or you aren't. If you are just going to go to a week, a month, 90 days, or whatever the goal is, why even bother? You are going to see how great you can feel in this limited amount of time just so you can throw it all away at the end of your goal?
Do it, or don't, fellas, it's that simple!
but sometimes counting days help as in , if you set a goal of 90 days people are like "oh just few more days, I can do it, I can control myself" that's for the ones aiming to do for a set of days.
Sometimes people also count days just so they can realize if they do it now how many days of not doing it would go to waste. For example if you are on day 60 and feeling like dooing it , you can be like damn I'd have to start from 0 again.
Both ways help and the first time I started I ended on day 84 and then day 16 and then I realized there isn't a point counting cuz now my Goal is just to stop it altogether
