Oh really? Cause I run a business on my own that makes tons of money and I don't even tell people about it in person. I could afford any car I want, yet I drive something that calls no attention to me.
You must be describing someone else or just talking out of your a$$.
I'm not saying that going to the gym won't attract females... I'm saying that it's not as important to your HEALTH as you muscle morons think. You have the mindset of a high school freshman and probably just about as much serious life experience.
Find me a doctor who says getting large muscles has to do with your health lol.
You call me insecure, yet you're the one who feels the need to try to put others down in every thread because you falsely believe that going to the gym too much is some impressive accomplishment.
You got promoted? Haha. You spend your life working for someone else making them rich while they allow you to get their scraps only if it benefits your employer. What a beta you are.
Tons of money? You seem to be literally living on Sosuave.. Wealthy men are busy as fuk leaving a dent in the universe, not trying to prove themselves right, minute by minute to every post online.
I don't get a wealthy man feeling about you.. I get a keyboard warrior feeling about you.
Care to back your claims to all this wealth with some evidence? Obviously you will shy away from that proposition with some lame excuse.
Sounda like you are lacking in the fitness/health area, therefore you are pushing the 'well so what, I am wealthy narrative'
No doctor suggests that you should go out and get large muscles, however they would strongly agree with going to the gym 2-3 times per week & lifting some weights & doing cardiovascular exercise.
The doctor would suggest this type of exercise/routine should be part of your every day lifestyle, not just done once in a blue moon.
Guess what happens over time when you go to the gym 2-3 times a week and lift some weights? Your muscles tend to get larger numb nuts ffs
Nobody here suggested the aim should be to get huge. The post by cola suggested getting either ripped or jacked will benefit you... And the vast majority of people have agreed with that narrative... Your opinion is the minority opinion on here.
A bigger stronger jacked man, is still in a better place than a skinny man or a fatty.
A ripped & lean man is still in a better place than a skinny man or a fatty.
Give your head a wobble son!
