In addition to this, not having mental problems as wellI’m telling you it’s no greater feeling than walking into a room with a shirt that could possibly be considered a size too small and watching girls eye-f*ck you when you walk by.
Men hold you in a higher esteem and automatically give you respect. Girls will walk up, touch your biceps and open you.
Your coworkers will respect you, your performance at work will improve, your family will admire you ..Your energy and mood will be better, you’ll have stronger erections Girls will put out faster, and you’ll have access to quality, fit women you did not have before.
I advise anyone who is struggling in dating, confidence or life in general to put down the phone and go to the gym right now.
If you are completely clueless, hire a trainer and nutritionists. If you know a little bit, read more and experiment and get those gains.
it will fix almost everything ..
There's no question you should be in shape, for yourself if no one else. And you are more likely to get women if you are fit than if you are not. I'm just saying it isn't necessarily a magic bullet (again, it could be for some guys), so thinking that it is could discourage some people. This shouldnt be a debate. We have thousands of years of human history where the fittest were usually the leaders of society. They were looked up to by men and women.
I think common laborers and serfs were in better shape than the rulers honestlyThis shouldnt be a debate. We have thousands of years of human history where the fittest were usually the leaders of society. They were looked up to by men and women. It was standard for a man to be fit having gone through childhood physical training. Reminder that the first world is a misnomer. In reality, first world means "female world."
A garage-queen Porsche that is rarely driven has known rear main seal leak issues that can damage the motor.I look at exercise like this. If you store a fancy car in the garage and rarely use it then it lasts longer but if you take that car out all the time and drive it then it doesnt last as long. Why put extra miles on your body with exercise? We are the only animal on earth that exercises just for the fun of it. Be like a LION and use your energy sparingly when you need it. Also while you meatheads are in the gym all the time just remember that theres guys hitting on your women while your in the gym and some of them might even be sleeping with your girl while your hitting the weights all the time.
If the guy in the last panel got fit, he'd still look good cause he has a nice face, too. There's nothing wrong with stacking attractive traits.
I get what you're saying, but if that guy starts bulking he would likely change his aesthetics. Sometimes if it ain't broke, don't fix it. It's not like he looks unhealthy. If the guy in the last panel got fit, he'd still look good cause he has a nice face, too. There's nothing wrong with stacking attractive traits.
lmao this one cartoon has closed won the argument

I feel like the confidence is one of the biggest assets you get from lifting. The more aesthetic I get, the better I feelAnother benefit that goes a little unrecognised.. Lifting weights will improve your chances of excelling in your job/career.
Before I got into fitness & lifting, I wasn't a outgoing kind of guy, lacked confidence around other men & especially woman.
The conf
The only cartoon on here is you lol
You don't lift to get girls that's a poor excuse to be dragging yourself to the gym. Totally not what it's about.
It's very short-sighted.You don't lift to get girls that's a poor excuse to be dragging yourself to the gym. Totally not what it's about.
It's all about improving yourself both physically and mentally. For me and many others building a strong body and what feels like an unbreakable body is a journey, it's a passion. It's self serving , you're not doing it for anyone else.
That's why you become so attractive. You're a guy on his path to becoming his strongest self, people litrerally feel it and are gravity towards you. It's like you're a beacon of light amongst a sea of insecurity.
Mock it all you want but it doesn't mean you understand.
Approaching it from the perspective of doing it to please others is weak and self destructive.
Have you noticed @Guy69JackBlue, his entire narrative has been pretty much about how lifting doesn't get you girls blah blah blah.. This is someone who's entire existence seems to be oriented around females. You don't lift to get girls that's a poor excuse to be dragging yourself to the gym. Totally not what it's about.

That's great and all but when your interested in the girl I'm interested in, you'll always lose despite all thisIt's all about improving yourself both physically and mentally.
