Or just don't care enough.Yea, and no one is thinking about age differences either. You get to a point where your body just doesn't respond to it any longer. I still have gym memberships (a couple actually) but I get little benefit from it any longer. If I try too hard I just end up in the emergency room. The knees are shot, I have some kind of soft tissue damage in the right arm that will no longer heal. Any yet my dating success is no worse now than when I spent more time in the gym. Heck in my 20s I raced dirt bikes in Hair Scambles and Enduros. Didn't do much in my 30s. In my late 40s - early 50's I did Cycling competively, two Bronse in the Regional Senior Olympics in my home state, 4th in the last Sprint Triathalon (running as a team). I'm no lazy bum,...but now it hurts to just walk and get up and down stairs and the gym barely does squat for me. Yet, somehow I do better with women now than I ever did in my entire life.
People here act like a person is weak and lazy if they don't lift weights. I have a million more productive and important things to do. I work every day.
And lifting weights has nothing to do with good health.
