Why not try to ask a Filippino man or woman in the U.S. if they can introduce you to a pretty young girl. They'll tell you about some relative back in the PI who is young. But they will not point you to one already in the U.S. Why? Most Filippinas in the U.S are rarely dating or marrying old,obese American men. They DON"T HAVE TO!!!! many of my friends date Filippinas in the U.S. who think the women in their country who do that are an embarassment to their race.

You guys probably would not adopt a in a poor country or pay for an education for a poor child to better his/her life. My parents do that and I will too when I have succeeded to where I want. Dear all,

I've been living here in Angeles City, Philippines for 3 months now, and have so many experiences that could fill a book, as well as a thousand photos of hot attractive wild Filipinas.

However, I've noticed some consistent patterns in Filipinas that I'd like to talk about.

First though, I've been very happy here, enjoying every moment. My dating/love life here is the best that it's ever been. These Filipinas have a way of making a guy feel really special like a million bucks, in a way that no Western woman could. You have to experience it to know what I mean.

But anyway, I have some questions about some problems, annoyances, and situations, and would appreciate some insight.

1. Despite their beauty and good qualities, Filipinas have this annoying habit of trying to multiply your expenses. One common example is that if you invite one out on a date, unless she is very confident, she will want to bring a chaperone friend or even a group of friends. When she does, she and all of them automatically expect that you will pay for all of them, no questions asked.


2. Although I'm very popular here, have lots of dates, and have a lot of girls here who want to date me, I still have trouble finding a serious consistent steady girlfriend. Here is one practical reason why. The Filipinas that are attracted to me usually tend to be from the low poverty class, rather than the middle class here (as it is with most foreigners). So as soon as I start to get serious with them, they will start pressuring me to send support money to their family, which tends to be large with many brothers and sisters. What's odd is that families here and in 3rd world countries in general, who can't afford to have many children seem to have the most. It makes no sense. Of course, it's not Filipino culture for a boyfriend to be sending money to his girlfriend's family or supporting them, but since they think you have unlimited funds and they need money, they MAKE it THEIR culture!

Now, as you might have guessed, I simply can't afford to support a whole large Filipino family. I only have enough for me and one partner. But as they say, when you marry a Filipina, you marry a whole family, not just the individual. They have trouble understanding that since they think that for us, wealth is unlimited. So I have a hard time breaking it to them. But even if I was very rich, it's still against my principles to let a whole family leech off me like that, especially since I don't see them as my family. I'm not like the typical fat, old, bald expat here who has a fat bank account and doesn't mind being used or taken advantage of, or having his expenses multiplied by groups of Filipinas.

Now I can afford to offer their families a few hundred dollars in help if I have to, as a one time thing. But certainly not every month for life. No way. What world do they live in?!

Now, if I dated middle class Filipinas (like the nursing students) then I wouldn't have this issue. But the problem is that the ones that want me tend to be from the low poverty class (bar girls and even girls working at the mall tend to be this) not the middle class. And the majority of Filipinas here are not middle class either, so there's not as many middle class girls.

Also, middle class girls here tend to be more snobby, cliquish, and harder to meet. For example, the nursing students wearing white here, and the girls in the fancy areas of Manila or Makati are nowhere as easy to meet and chat up, they are much more closed and cliquish.

So does anyone have any suggestions about how to get more middle class girls attracted to you? I'm considered cute, attractive, handsome, and "gwapo" here so it's not about my looks.


3. Filipinas tend to have this annoying habit of contradicting themselves and never sticking to one story. It annoys the hell out of me since I'm a perfectionist and hate dishonesty and clumsiness. But other expats here have told me that I have to accept this, and that they all have learned to. They said that Filipinas and things here make no sense and you will go crazy if you try to analyze it.

Sometimes, they even contradict themselves every other sentence. Even a clever liar doesn't do that. So I don't know if they are deliberately lying, or are so disorganized that they can't get any facts straight, have a distorted view of reality, or have mental health problems, or are just on a totally different wavelength than we are. It's hard to say as none of it makes sense. And if you try to probe further and get answers to their contradictions, they often can't give any.

Maybe me and the other expats here are just dating too many bar girls in Angeles, who have messed up lives, and that's why we experience this. I've noticed that these bar girls aren't just broke, but seem to have mental health issues, and are taught how to lie and manipulate men by their bar coworkers. So they could be lying Ocontradicting themselves due to a distorted view of reality that they have, rather than doing it deliberately.

Anyone know why?

4. Although not everyone is the same, I've noticed a lot of commonalities in Filipinas, and much less individuality, as most of them like the same things:

a) Jollibee (not very good food even, but a good deal for the price)
Toblerone (it's ok) and chocolate in general
c) love songs (which I like too)
d) free cell phone loads from foreign strangers (this one is annoying, as even girls I've known for a few minutes ask for free cell phone loads. I am not a cell phone load santa claus! why don't they ask the store for free loads? why me? it insults my intelligence when they do this!)

It's also annoying when they ask to borrow money, and especially if they fabricate a reason to, since they and I know that they aren't going to pay it back, so why make a promise you know you can't keep? Girls who need to borrow money have no ability to pay it back. They don't even give a sh** that I'm on a budget, need to save, and don't have excess money to give every girl that asks. They are totally not realistic or respectful at all. They just like to waste every foreigners money without caring about his needs.

I have heard that in the Philippines, there is this belief that money trickles down from higher to lower, that anyone with excess money ought to spend it all on others. However, no matter how much I spend or have left, people here ALWAYS think that I have excess. And even if I do, they don't have a right to demand that I spend it all on them. My money is MY property and whether I want to be a "kuripot" or be generous is my business. Why do many think they have a right to take control of my assets or manipulate me? It's simply wrong. But they do it. What do they think, that if I have "excess" money, then I'm obligated to spend it all until I have nothing and am as poor as them??????

Can anyone with useful insight or info comment on any of the above or offer any advice/suggestions? Some have told me that these conflicts and behaviors arise from class differences (lower vs. middle class behavior/mentality) an others say it is about culture differences.

Foreign prevention literature, once translated into Russian, could no longer be found in the country. Disenfranchised people living on the margins of society in Russia appear to be especially at risk for HIV infection.
