Effort thanks for the kind words man. Its actually not that bad if you want it bad. The three hardest parts to my opinion are :
1. getting started
2. eating tuna and mayo before bed time
3. seeing guys whose diet suck and who dont work legs gaining crazy amounts of weight with roids. Trust me theres more than a few at my gym.

Btw effort hows your training going ?

Dmatter trying to keep up to me is gonna get hard bud :D Games on !

Yeah i agree with you on that...and yeah gotta love some tuna. My training has been alright i've been doing a lot of traveling so my routines are pretty basic and straight to the point.

for your first workset, try 5-10lbs under your previous weight and see how it feels. if it's easy, add some more weight, if not, stay with it.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

6am - beef pasta and veggies + pieces of melon
9am - shake eggs milk protein + 2tbsp olive oil
12 am- tuna 2tbsp olive + 10 fish oil pills + Im planning on rockying 4 eggs.

Todays workout:

Squats 1*5 @ 215. then 1*3 @ 215 .. I couldnt do it. I tried my hardest but it was just too hard.
Shoulder Press 3*5 @ 110
DL 1*5 @ 225.
Pull ups 3 sets to failure.

So I think I need a new workout plan. I dont think my body can handle squatting three times a week anymore. Any suggestions ?

Diet is still good. Ive been increasing bench and shoulder press lately so its not so bad :D

Take care. FB

Hey guys,

Todays workout:

Incline BP : 2*5 @ 135
Flat BP : 8/6 @ 150
DB Shoulder Press : 7 @ 40 / 11 @ 30 I think. btw should I do those with a barbell like in Rippetoes or with DBs?
Triceps Pulldown : I think it was 15/14 @ 45lbs.

I loved this workout. Oh btw do I have to do every set to failure ? Thats what I did, except for the incline press.

Diet today:

830am shake with 4 eggs milk and 2 scoops whey
1130 am chicken rice veggies
230 pm shake like the above
5 pm post wo shake + apple
630pm post wo meal : red meat + potatoes + salad
9pm shake like the above = 2 tbsp olive oil
went to a crazzzzy halloween house party. Had quite a few rhums and cokes... I just couldnt resist.:D Oh well its Halloween. I dressed up as a caveman... Some ladies loved it.
230 am ( right now ) - tuna + 2 tbsp olive oil + all the pills

Take care guys. FB

Nah, don't do every set to failure. Close to failure is fine, i.e. stop when you're not sure if you'll get the next rep. Diet looks good.

Todays workout:

Squats 1*5 @ 215lbs 1*5 @ 225lbs yeaaa buddy ! Two plates today. I had to take a break after my third rep though for a few seconds.
Leg Press 2*15 @ 300lbs. Its an horizontal leg press machine. I like the vertical one better but theres none at my gym..
Pullthroughs 2*10 @ 105lbs.

Diet 8am - shake ( 4 eggs 50 cl milk 2 scoops whey )
11am - chicken rice veggies
2am - same shake
5pm - post workout shake
6pm - post wo meal chicken rice veggies
9pm - shake + olive oil
11pm - tuna + olive oil

Im getting kinda worried about not having enough red meat to eat. Is it alright though.

Cheers,

FB

yeah if you can get a hamburger or some steak in that would help after your workout. Chicken is pretty light in the calories which is why it doesn't make the best postworkout meal.

Where to start B is a good workout. In a year I got up to some good numbers and put on some decent weight.

Everything is looking good, keep it up frenchy.

I agree, you're on the right track and much more consistent than most guys your age. Keep it up!

I would do high rep squats instead of the horizontal leg press though.

If you have only limited amounts of red meat I'd have it pre workout - beef before the workout will give you a more aggressive edge.

After your workout add 4 raw eggs to your pwo shake and then have your chicken and rice, no worries. Throw some olive oil or peanut butter on your chicken or keep the skin on it if you need more calories.

Does that say you are shoulder pressing 35lbs, for 2 sets? Are you using dumbbells?

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.
