2. eating tuna and mayo before bed time
3. seeing guys whose diet suck and who dont work legs gaining crazy amounts of weight with roids. Trust me theres more than a few at my gym.

yeah if you can get a hamburger or some steak in that would help after your workout. Chicken is pretty light in the calories which is why it doesn't make the best postworkout meal.frenchbeauty said:Todays workout:

Leg Press 2*15 @ 300lbs. Its an horizontal leg press machine. I like the vertical one better but theres none at my gym..
Pullthroughs 2*10 @ 105lbs.
Diet 8am - shake ( 4 eggs 50 cl milk 2 scoops whey )
11am - chicken rice veggies
2am - same shake
5pm - post workout shake
6pm - post wo meal chicken rice veggies
9pm - shake + olive oil
11pm - tuna + olive oil
Im getting kinda worried about not having enough red meat to eat. Is it alright though.
