No, I was just concerned that that was the total weight you were using for a barbell oh press.

That is fine for db's and your bench numbers, continue on...

Haha I guess 35 using a barbell would be pretty weak.

the workout plan says incline press followed by a dumbbell press not a flat bench press. :)

it's honestly no big deal though. pretty much anything will work for right now, if you want to do incline then flat go for it. keep the reps higher (8+) on flat bench and tuck those elbows to protect the shoulders.

Well I'm here to tell you there is such a magic wand. Something that will make you almost completely irresistible to any woman you "point it" at. Something guaranteed to fill your life with love, romance, and excitement.

Heyguys,

Yesterdays WO:

DLs 2*5 @ 245-> painful
Then my buddy and I maxed out on bench, I pulled one rep @ 205 then failed at 210.
Bicep Curl @ 25DB 2 sets
Reverse Curls
Rows @ 100 2*8

Still keeping up with diet. However I have a question. My dream is to play for my unis US football team next year as a runningback. Im a pretty fast kid and I have quick feet, my 40yard dash is around 4.6. Thats one of the reasons I want to gain weight, but Id like to increase speed as well, at least try not to lose it.
Is my current WO alright? Or is it gonna slow me down?

Take care guys.

Since August 15th.

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.

I would go easy and deload on the next squat day, upper if you feel you need it. This is if you are taking a week off at Christmas/New Year. If not, then I would maybe do a full deload for the whole week, but only if you feel it neccasary. Definitely on the squats though.

Hey guys ,

I'm back after a three week break, and I've been posting on an other fitness forum for a bit. So right now trying to get back up to my pre - break strength levels ....

Weight was at 181lbs before break ... it dropped to 176lbs before last week, and I'm now at 178lbs.

Today's WO:

Really happy with it .

Incline BP : 6/5 @ 140lbs
DB Flat Bench Press : 6 @ 65lbs , 10 @ 60 lbs.
Shoulder Press : 9 / 8 @ 35 lbs
2 sets of Triceps Pulldowns to finish

My goal is now to get up to 190lbs by the end of April :D. We'll see how that goes.

Take care people. FB
