I walked a mile and I played tennis today. I loved the way I looked today. I am still soft but I am smaller.

Checking in. I still have a fat waist and some male titty's but much better than when I started. I played tennis today and I felt decent. I walk every day and throw some weights around.

Went for along walk with the girlfriend today. Felt good. Still am flabby but I am able to play tennis for a couple hours and of course I have a girlfriend with a nice body. Grateful to work my way up from a fat loser who didn't have any sex to ummm getting some all the time now.

Plutoman came by for coffee the other day. He was driving a sweet car. It is a sweet life out here. I am still working on my body. 2 mile hard walk/jog yesterday.

I went for a 2-mile walk today. I didn't want to go, but I know I have to do the things I don't want to do to be successful. I also know when I lay my head down tonight I will be thankful I got off my butt and did some work.

Played tennis this weekend and just got back from a 2-mile walk. I am at a soft 200 pounds, but I am putting effort into keep working out. I am grateful to look good enough for the woman that I like and I am not the worst thing out there (go to wal-mart) I keep planning on making it a point to keep my weight down day in and day out because I know how much looking O.K. keeps me happy.

I have been running and walking more getting good mental results from the workouts. Just good vibes and good tunes from hard walks and hard running. I am still soft, but atleast I am in a good mood to have good workouts. I never really had good workouts before. I had ones where I crushed myself, I had ones that were a grind, but there have been some that have been good fun productive workouts. They have been the highlight of my days. I work but my secondary focus is getting in the gym to workout. Hopefully one day I will get down to a decent weight. I am thankful for my life and I am thankful to not be 250 pounds anymore. I am down to 200 and that is about 20 over a good eye popping body, but like I said I have beat myself up so much that I just want to give myself credit for getting my butt in the gym and making it a hard habit.

The best thing you can do is be consistent. How many people do you hear of that go really hard for 4-6 weeks, then stop for 4-6 months?

Also keep in mind, that out of every 5 workouts you will have: 3 that are average, 1 that is really good and 1 that is really, really crappy.

I am still soft, but I went on a mini-fast the other day and skipped some meals. I was down some belt loops. I did 3 miles yesterday. It sucks to keep getting skinnier and loosing weight but still have fat, but I know that it is because I am not doing weights. I also don't get bothered by things as much in other area's in my life because of endorphines and because it is a truly enjoying hobby.

I walked 3 miles today. My arms and legs feel smaller. My girlfriends body is off the chain. I actually just got dumped today. I just was thinking about how if I continue to workout and talk to girls I will be O.K. my game is good and I am older and I don't care too much about girls. As long as I don't overact I will be fine.

You started without a girlfriend. You started this FOR YOURSELF. Don't quit. You'll be ok. ALWAYS remember WHY you started. Just be yourself. Don't "act". Demonstrate with confidence WHO YOU ARE. You have done remarkably well with your progress. Keep at it. You have improved yourself tremendously and you should be very proud. Look yourself in the mirror and admire the results you've worked for.

I was able to go for a walk today. I know that is a pretty good habit now. One of the days I want to give myself for is on Sunday. Lots of people were eating nachos and watching the ball game, I was able to get to the gym for awhile. I am still not lifting weights. I am just doing a couple miles walking. No Chips, pop, cookies, crap carbs etc.

Went for a long walk in the heat today. I almost had cookies yesterday, but then I thought about sosuave and how the young guys need me to stay strong. Or they may never get laid again.

been eating more candy but no peanut butter lately. Trying to eat later in the day seems to get me leaner as well. Wake up with a focus on just eating at meal times. I have been going for long walks everyday which is like 6 out of 7 days.

I was able to go for a long walk today. Longer than normal. Consistant work day in and day out as ususal.

I have feel off my diet, but I am putting my heart into getting back on track. The good is that I am used to working out everyday and putting thoughts and effort on getting smaller, the bad is I feel pretty crappy everyday about myself and my body feels crappy. My approach is to just go through the pain to get it done again. I know when I get it done I feel better.

I was considering a new thread for this, but I think it fits in this one..

I am having a hard time controlling my late night snacking. I have willpower of steel during the day, can control what I eat and how much, control calories, carbs, what have you, with no problem.

But about an hour after I go to bed almost every night I wake up and I am just ravinously hungry, and I literally can't fall back asleep until I eat. Sometimes I can pull off eating something healthy, but often times I go for the bad stuff like chips, ice cream, etc.

I know late at night is without dispute THE worst time to eat.

I just wish I could do something during the day to prevent this late night craving..

Any help would be appeciated..
