no=[im disappointed.....

yesterday i hit the 176lbs before sleep then i took 2fishoil caps and puked everything out soooooooooooo much food, zinc minerals magnesium fishoil etc 8[[[[[[[[ i hit only 174,5 after puking.........lol i punished myself with some flaxsseed oil pure from the bottle and a water protein shake BUT I STILL LOST MANY STUFF BECAUSE OF PUKING **** YOU I HATE IT SO DISAPPOINTED ://///....i ate and ate 4hours after workout for nothing!!!!!!!! =(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((( i really have enough from bulking....thinking about it i have enough from everything **** you nothings pays off i dont understand it............ummm i shouldnt drink so much!!!!****ing drunkk for nothing ****!!!!!!!


LIFEFORCE: HEY MATE WASSUP!! i didnt do flat bench for 3weeks now....after my strong records up from 6x61 to 5x70kg my shoulders did hurt......AND IT DIDNT GO BETTER WITH TIME. WHAT SHOULD I DO.....DECLINE ARE OKAY....but...............hmm dips.....
TALKING ABOUT SQUATS..........LOL MY KNEE JOINTS ALSO HURT....not that bad but i hope they wont **** up also......

SEMAG:I MEAN BENCH PRESS DECLINE AND FLAT.......when i do flat bench with db it was impossible for me to bring the db into the right position to start benching.....maybe i could have made it but the possiblity that i would hurt my joints even more is pretty high......at least i feel that........and after i finished set how the **** should i bring the db's on my thighs back loooooool i mean i can "throw" them on my thighs but that would hurt.......and i cant bring the slow down.....my arms are not strong enough for that!!....and im only using children weight for db bench press.....what when im using real weight..............

Hey guys,

i want to start a new journal next week. A new journal because i will never go again through so much bulking and cutting pain. pretty damn stupid to constantly forcefeed myself, ending up feeling like fat **** and then eating very little and feeling like a pvssy. sure it accelerates getting a good body, but feeling like crap won't let me reach my goals. so i will try the following, i have no clue how good the new supplements work, how good the new workout program works, and how good the new nutrition will work. so im all exicited about the results comming up.

so much that im not hungry and not forcefeeded on normal days(i hope this will be around maintenance level cause im still not counting calories:p ). every 4-6day refeed day with double maintenace level(2x3000calories=6000 estimated~~)

when i have the power to do it i will do rotator work, decline crunches at the end of the workout whenever possible.

changed it again - no refeed day.......refeed days are PAIN IN THE AZZ.......i aim for a small calorie surplus with lots of oatmeal. whey + instant oatmeal in shake. whey + oatmeal + water. whey + milk. selfmade pizza. chilli con carne. good old classic: chicken+rice. lean pig and burned potatoes(english??). whole bread and turkey. chicken sandwhich??. chicken and potatoe salad. quark with fruits(english??). NO cottage cheese **** you ffufufufufuffufufufufufufufufuuffufufuuuuuuuu

OMG i the stuff i bought for my dip belt doesnt fit together :/// i pictured THE perfect dip belt - very safe, cheap and 190kg. a dipbelt for life!! whatever


goals are still the same 15" and 150kg dead :) in two days it may begin.

i want to get to action haha but one more cutting day. i will go totally hardcore tomorrow! yaaa then it's done, i will feel better soon when i up the mother****ing weights :cool:

the thing where you connect the chain was too big for the chain....i will get a new "connector" soon. i was in a shopping haste thats why i forgot to try it out.

some thoughts

i wont take pictures from the cut, i asked my brother today but he didnt want to :mad: anyway nothing special, yeh the cutting was good 4weeks 8kg 6-8%bf down but no visible abs or anything.

-i think it's better to make smaller cuts like 1week or 2week every month or every 2months.....it's easier when you know it's over soon. also your metabolism can't shut down in such a short period, only a little bit, and this is good for the following bulking. so only benefits.

-maybe i will do 912hst next time but i have the impression that it will ruin my body hmm

-last but not least dont jerk off while cutting it keeps at least some sex drive. still im excited to experience how it feels to be "normal" again.

Finally man! Are you satisfied with your cutting? Dropping 8 kgs is pretty hardcore in 4 weeks, even though 2-3 kgs was glykogen and water. I seem to drop way to fast. 2.5 kg in three days. I hope there is no more drop tomorrow. Maybe I just was dehydrated in the morning =D I think it is better to do small cuts too... I don't know why they are suppossed to be so long.

Tough man, is this kind of a homemade Dipsbelt? Sounds like something I like to try out. Buy a chain at connect it to a belt or similar.

How's the shoulder btw? Mine is almost healed now.

i dropped 2kg in the beginning then stayed constant for a while but lost fat(waist got smaller)

i think i lost 7kg fat, 0,5kg muscle, the rest glykowater

i measured at a scale in a public bath today, it said 70kg, waist is around 79-80cm, down from 91,5cm, both in the morning. yeh im satisfied with the results, i thought i would need about six weeks to 12% and in two more weeks i would have achieved it. but whats the sense when i gain some fat with my new bulk anyway, i would just be dissapointed to lose my hard worked sixpack. well i did go very hardcore sometimes, in the last 2weeks i ate only protein and vegetables except post workout and refeed days(4000cals carbs:p). yesterday only 500calories today 250calories so far~~~~(even when i did cardio for more than one hour and working in the garden etc :p) the ECA helps

gave back the old connector and got two new small ones for it....i can take some pictures of it if you are interested. feels a bit uncomfortable(with 10kg) but i think this is normal im just not used to a dips belt. i wouldnt get a belt just buy a isolation thing that has a hole in it where you can put the chain in it. 1€ 1m isolation, 7€ chain 180kg(can buy cheaper chain of course), 2-4€ connectors(for a connector i use the things that people use for climbing understand?)


shoulder is not healed but it's okay as long as i dont do flat bench.

today i was swimming. i absolutely suck atswimming but it was way more fun than jogging. i did go to a cheap small indoor swimming pool not much people in there it was really cool if my cutting wouldnt end i would love to go there more often hmmmmmm.

only one cute girl was there who gave instructions to a little girl i watched them from time to time to get some swimming knowledge and some stares at the girl ;P

then i was thinking hmm i should approach her. friends as a girl source have almost depleted, i have no opportunity through work/school/hobbys or whatever, quality girls in clubs are rare, so i need to create opportunities. i was wondering if im just a ***** or if it really is a bad opportunity to approach her. because she was training the little girl. i never made an approach outside of a party environment but nothing is unchangeable.

so while i was wondering if im still too scared or if it's because it's disturbing to go up to her while she is training. i saw that they were on the other end of the lane practising jumps..so i kept on swimming to them of course. then the little girl left and the cute girl stayed there so as i arrived at the end i looked into her eyes wondering if i can do it now and what i should say. but as i arrived at the end my maleness took over and i heard myself saying "so, you are a swim trainer?" then we talked a little bit sounded good, she even studied sports for some time, i didnt know much too say but she kept the convo flowing and smiling. but the little girl arrived after 2minutes then we talked a little bit more till she said that she has to continue training the girl....she did say bye to me after the training was over and they left, well maybe i should have been more aggressive/chasing but i didnt want to do, not that im totally against a lil bit chasing but i prefer to be chased, but if i will ever feel like i want to chase then i will do it. i just want to give girls that i think are cute/nice/cool the opportunity to talk to me(that means i have to approach), everything else just flows or not. the thing im most proud of is that i wasnt too scared like in the past but i just did it automatically without fear even when my conscious mind was sceptical and pretty negative.

i hope to god your not doing heavy squats and deads each on different days, you do realize that it takes your lower back, which is one of hte slowest muscles to recourp 72 hours. i would put them on the same day.

just thought i would point that out
