Don't be discouraged by the size of your town. My town that I'll be in for the remainder of the summer isn't even big enough to have a Wal-Mart. There's still people here though, so small is no excuse. I do admit that I cannot count on seeing a cute girl on any given day here. yeah brotherAP you re rite, i'm actually only 25 mins away from Niagara Falls, CA, maybe i could drive up there to mack up the ladies... i couldn't do it last year cuz i didn't have a car..

Wow guys i'm so pumped for this... i finish my exams next thursday, and i'll be all ready to start the bootcamp on friday...

I hope nobody quits... and hopefully i don't quit...

hey brotherAP, have you considered editing the first post and keeping it updated with who is doing the bootcamp, when it starts, etc.

then, when it starts, you can also edit in the link to each week's thread, etc.

as a past BC participant I'll be the first to tell you that u can't edit a post after 48 hrs.

Wow. There are a lot of people this time around. Imagine if we all posted our own bootcamp thread... we'd flood the forums! They'd have to create a new section, just for us, ha.

If there's 20 some odd people all trying to post field reports and responses, we're going to be drowning in boot camp love. I wonder how much response we can actually expect with that.

I have an idea. We could each sign up for a Xanga blogspot, and create a "DJ Bootcamp" blogring. On that blog, we could post our field reports, and people can leave comments there. We could post that we have a new field report in the official thread, and include a link. I like the thought of this because it will allow each person to have a focused response to their field reports without having 20 some odd threads or a single thread with 20 different field reports and responses.

I am glad it started yesterday I had a great day sarging with a couple of women.

Actually had a chance to go out as a group with a few of them tonight, but I am strategically using my absence with them.

This thread will get me out the fricking door to the bar. It's 10:15 I live close to alot of bars, so one shower and I'm out the door!

Last night was a blast.

I went to a local tourist trap and for some reason I was really laid back and my sense of situational humor was locked on.

By the end I had everyone laughing and it was awesome. People were telling me I should do standup.

It was good humor too not the self deprecating kind.

Really great night.

I kind of find myself wishing I could find a bar where that attitude is in effect and there is a smaller group that is more like a party.

At the end of the night there were about 10 guys and girls around and it was a blast talking to all of em. It's like I had an audience because I don't have a social phobia of talking to new people.

That was two great nights in a row. Now today I'm going to get a killer workout at the gym, do some studying, clean up the mess in the apartment, then go out and chat with a few people if I have time left over.

How far did you make it in bootcamp last time? I got to week 4.
