Dude, do you personally have something against blacks? You are very argumentative about this black stuff. This is the equivalent of trying to run through the scientific method without a variable. You identify a problem and go straight onto a conclusion without any context.
Black people get harsher sentences because of prior criminal histories, lack cooperation with police (blacks make up 37% of cop killers and 13% of the population - this amounts to add-on charges like disorderly conduct or obstruction), and bad lawyers, who may not advise on the best of plea options. There are a litany of factors that go into this. You're in effect arguing the feminist "pay gap" talking point. Men make a little more, therefore sexism. Not taking into account men are 9x more likely to die on the job, are more willing to stay late, and more willing to negotiate their salary. Again, a conclusion without a procedure...
And not being able to afford good representation is not a result of "systemic racism". You can't name a single law that is racist in intent against blacks that would LEGALLY PREVENT them from hiring the best attorney in the state.
The black community is f#cked up dude. I dont know why. Slavery really messed us up. Many of us are poor, our community have subpar schools and its a lot of drug use and single parenting. Can't put a time limit on the recovery.
Give it a few more generations.. we'll figure it out. Geez
