Can a women be LTR material if you hit it the first night?

This was a discussion between a friend and I. He is a firm believer that any girl who gives it up on the first night isn't relationship material no matter how hot she is, his reasoning being, if she gave up so quick then how many other guys has she giving it up too?

Personally my thoughts on this is it depends on the situation but honestly I like a challenge. My last couple LTR's I was the one who actually made the girls wait while they were begging for it, this helped spike their IL even more because I just didn't care if I hit it right away or not. It also gave me the power of the relationship and set the frame that I was the man. Now that I look back had I hit it those relationships probably wouldn't have lasted that long cause I would have gotton bored or their IL woulda dropped etc
