I've been to them a few times. The strippers think I'm weird, not like in a bad way, more as in I don't belong there cause I'm a a more normal dude. One of the strippers I actually got to know a bit and she seemed cool, another gave me her number once. But I rarely go to them. I told them that it's not a huge deal for me cause i dated/hooked up with a couple ex strippers, cause it's true.

Looks like a case of creepy women for creepy men to me. I mean if your hanging out in a strip club you getting what your looking for. If your a woman that thinks stripping is a good way to make a living then your a little creepy too im sorry. Theres no excuse for not being at least good at some thing that you can make a living off of. And just living life thinking some dudes going to support you eventually then suddenly realizing you need money and dont know jack and decide to strip is nothing people should pity you for, it doesnt make it OK or elevate you above the poor saps that work for a living paying you to see your tits. Personally I keep strip clubs to a novelty thing, if my friends are going for a birthday or something i'll go. Tip the strippers have some drinks and be on my way.

I go to strip clubs from time to time. I think most guys who think people go there to "get hard" are missing the point. Obviously, if you're going to a strip club to get your jollies off, there are much better ways. You can watch women getting fvcked in just about every way imaginable online and you could always hire an escort. Hell, you can go to a bar and try to take home a slvt.

Going to strip clubs is more about having a good time with the boys. It's nice to have a few beers with friends, get some lap dances and look at attractive women taking their clothes off. In fact, I've taken girls to strip clubs before and they tend to enjoy them a lot too because it's a new experience for them.

It's not always about getting laid. I sometimes go to the bar just to hang out and have a good time with friends and my girl. I'll "waste" a bunch of money on drinks that I could have bought much cheaper. But the important thing is that a good time was had by all.

Strip clubs are sadly one of the few establishments left these days that overtly tailor their experience to suit males.

Haha, she said she was making $50/hour as a topless dancer?? What a joke... I made around 80/hour last night sitting on my ass in front of a monitor... I think a mildly retarded chimp could have done my job last night. The wage/money differences between the US and Canada blows me away. I was averaging 250/stagette w/ tips towards the end of my career, and I'm nothing special. Then again, the industry is very different for guys and girls.

I think its all about the vibe you give off in such venues. I've talked to girls that say that there's definitely a lot of "creeps" but lots of good guys as well. Its just an entertainment venue after all. I think its all about the vibe that a dude(s) give off... if they're all "starey" or if they're enjoying themselves and being respectful to everyone.

Guys tend to look creepy when they are horny, especially when alone at strip clubs.

There are a few clubs that put all the others to shame in regard to quality of women. Check out Mons Venus if you're ever in Tampa, Florida. I used to take stock market clients there.

Other than for business, the one other way to enjoy a strip bar is to take a woman with you. (HG beat me to that point in the post above) I've always had fun that way. The only lap dances I've ever bought have been for women. I even took my shy law school girlfriend. After an evening there...and about 13 Budweisers...she was not shy at all.
