OP, I know exactly where you are brother and I have been in the same place where you have been in mentally many years ago. I know how it feels like but before I get into giving you advice, I want to talk a bit more on nightlife.

Everyone seems to throw out getting a bartender job at a nightclub like it is something any ole bloke could do. If you are a guy, it is so tough to get an opportunity. I go to the clubs in Miami and almost all bartenders are hot blondes in swimsuits/sexy outfits because drunk dudes tip well for that.

You guys do not understand how much goes into running a nightclub and why drinks are so overpriced there. You need to be able to work fast and in a hectic environment while remembering orders dealing with drunk and unruly people. Now this is not to mention that you will work past 3 AM in the morning and get by on little to no sleep.

You'll practically need to barback and be a busser (humiliating jobs) for a year and then hope the club takes a chance on you to bartend. Meanwhile, you will see some young blonde bimbo with fake tits work the bar well before you even though its her first day and she cannot make drinks to save her life. You think the red pill has you pissed off on gender dynamics? Wait till you work in nightlife and see how easy women have it.

OP, if you really want the life you are dreaming of (we all secretly do) then here is my practical advice for you:

1. Do lock down a job with great long-term prospects, seriously you need money for that kind of life and most jobs good for getting laid pay poorly.

2. Move to a major world class city.

3. Learn to cold approach like a mad man and do so with some social intelligence so you don't come off as these cringey pickup guys. Dedicate a weekend to it.

4. Max out your looks. Get in good shape and look your best.

5. If you do 3 and 4 enough, guys will notice you coming off as smooth and some dudes who notice you have your sh-t together will even invite you to their parties.

6. Learn to add value into the lives of said people. You can even learn to bring girls to their parties once you have tightened up your game. I knew of a guy who got a side gig as a promoter at a new nightclub that opened that way and he was into the nightlife scene without having to work the bar, he did this on the side.

I have seen guys make it work this way while working your typical jobs. They just dedicate their lives outside of work to game itself.

If you get so good at game to where you can convince girls you are sleeping with to stick around and bring their friends to a nightlife venue or party, you will notice some doors open up for you. Some club owners or people connected to nightlife will try to hook you up with a promoter gig on the side. However, be ready to deal with long nights and sleeping in until 4 PM on some weekends. I know of a guy who did it on weekdays and he showed up to work exhausted, not good for your health long-term.
