Monday Jan 31: Diet

wake 3:53 pee.
Wake up at 6. Pee 6:03

Weighed self at 6:07 and i was 122.5 lbs! woot i guess i gained. hopefully i wont lose that weight and go down again tho :x

6:10- 1 scoop optimum nutrition whey

7:13- 6 egg whites, 1 yolk. 1 cup oatmeal. 1 cup milk 1 cup strawberries. multivitamin

9:50- 1/8 cup almonds

10:50- 1/8 cup almonds. 5 egg whites.

12:00 1 egg white, 1 yolk. 2 slic whole wheat bread. chicken breast. granolas.

1:30-2:30 - Workout

2:35- 1 scoop optimum nutrition whey

3:55- 2 Potatoes. 1 cup milk.

5:50- steak. rice. vegetables. granolas

8:45- leftover vietnamese. 1 cup milk. whole wheaeat bread. peanut butter >-- this peanut butter sucked. the stuff at the bottom of the jar is ****in thick as hell.

10:15- 1 cup cottage cheese

Ok.. im fuggin sick again. this blows. well.. im not sure if im going to work out tomorrow...... we'll see

7:00 - 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup milk. 7 egg whites, 1 yolk. orange. multivitamin. cough drop are cough drops alright after a meal? it doesnt mess anything up?

9:00- cough drop

10:40- 6 egg whites

11:45- 1 egg white, 1 yolk. granolas. 2 slice whole wheat bread. Chicken breast. Almonds

1:00- Cough Drop

2:00- Cucumbers. Grape Leaves(its the leaf and ground beef and rice). Orange.

4:15- 1 scoop optimum nnutrition whey. 1 cup milk. 1 cup oatmeal. 1 cup milk. cough drop.

6:40- Beef. Spaghetti

9:00- 1 cup milk. no cottage cheese unfortunately.... it smelled quite iffy. i need some new ones. bought these atleast a month ago.

Weds Feb 2: workout

so i still decided to workout today

Legs/Abs

Squat(deep): 10x3, 45x8, 50x8 <- going beyond parallel feels a lil dangerous cuz u cant use the rack to support you if you get stuck... ???
Hack Squats: 0x3, 10x7, 10x6 <-- lol i couldnt walk after these :p
Prone Leg Curl: 30x8, 30x8 <-- i dont like doin this prone. it makes me feel like barfing everytime cuz thers all that pressure on my stomach.

Straight Legged Deadlift: 30x8, 40x8 <-- These always worry me because i get that lower back.. just like from regular deadlifts. so i feel like im overtrainin.?

Smith standing calf raise: 20x8, 30x8, 30x8, 30x8 <-[note to self: use big green step thing instead of wooden block.]

Crunches: 0x10, 2.5x10, 5x10, 2.5x10 <- i dont really feel anything with the weights... wtf is up???

Side to side crunches: 0x10

Wednesday Feb 2: Diet

I didnt have a whey shake when i woke up cuz im paranoid it might be making me sick cuz it seems to be a coincidence that i get sick afterwards lol.

6:40- 7 egg whites. 1 cp oatmeal. 1 cup milk. grapefruit <-- are these OK?? Multivitamin. Cough Drop

9:50- almonds

10:50- almonds. 6 egg whites

12:00 2 egg whites, 1 yolk. 2 slice bread. chicken breast. granolas. cough drop.

2:00-2:58 - workout

3:03- 1 scoop ON whey

4:20- 2 potatoes. 1 cup milk

5:50- tail of tenderloi. spaghetti. broccoli

i kinda messed up here and lost track of time.

9:00- 2 cups milk. [ i still dont have cottage cheese. my mom should get some tomorrow ]

Didnt eat between cuz i was worried about a quiz i was gonna take

11:50- almonds. chicken breast. 2 slice bread

1:20- Granolas. 6 egg whites, 1 yolk.

2:55 - Grape Leaves. 1 cup milk. banana

5:30- 1 cup oatmeal. 1 cup milk. 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter. 1 cup milk (ok.. dont ever mix PB and Milk as a shake... it tastes worse than ass.)

7:30- chicken. mulaheah. rice.

9:25- 1 cup milk. 1 cup cottage cheese.

Ill take pictures a week from this coming monday, as by then it will be a month into my bulking.

Seated DB Shoulder Press: 25x6, 25x4

Standing Lateral Raise: 15x9, 15x6

Close grip Bench: 5x3, 20x8, 20x7 (great pump)

Skullcrushers: 40x5, 40x6 <- wtf :/. i felt like i had to cheat to get 1 more rep than last time.

BB Curls: 10x3, 40x8, 30x5

Hammer Curl: 20x6 <- damn didnt really get better here.

Friday Feb 4: Diet

12:00- almonds. 1 ergg white, 1 yolk. 1/4 loaf whole wheat pita bread. chicken breast.

1:50-2:30- Workout

2:35- 1 scoop ON whey i was using the UMIX NUTRIBOTTLE SHAKER.... which i have gotten to work better.. but u can only put 1 scoop in it. a problem i have is pouring the scope.. cuz the hole is kinda small so a lot of it falls... so i try doing another quarter or half scoop to kinda make sure i got 1 scoop of the whey. but im still not sure. does anyone know what to do? i think i will try to pour the scoop into a smaller one and see if it doesnt fall.. then pour it into the bottle...?

3:30- Banana (is this good for insulin spike post wo?). 2 potatoes

5:00- tenderloin steaks (not sure if it was 2 or wut.. cuz they were kinda small. spaghetti. edamame beans.

7:30- 1 cup milk. big sweet potato. some french bread pizza slice thing probly a bad choice this late at night??

9:45- 1 cup cottage cheese. 1 cup milk

9:00- broccoli. mushroom. lil bit of ribs

Mon Feb 7 : workout

Chest/Back

Bench Press: 5x3, 35x8, 40x8 <-was kinda hard for last reps.. but didnt feelsore..wtf?

Low INc DB Press: 10x3, 35x7, 35x6 i think i felt a bicep pump from these from moving the weight from the floor to my legs to me shoulders

Dips: 0x8, 0x4

Chinups: i just did negatives for these cuz i wasnt increasing strength b4. Also my forearms felt pretty pumped afterwards 0x10, 0x10

Deadlifts: 5x3, 40x8, 40x8 Holy crap. i still believe these are the hardest exercise. more intense than squats. I even felt my abs on the last set. My face musta been completely red, it felt like it was gonna explode!! sweet!! i think..

BB Row: 5x3, 30x8, 35x7 man.. deadlifts really kill your energy by the time your doing these :p. even tho ur lower back was in deadlifts and this is more upper back.. u still lose a lot of energy.

Shrugs: 10x3, 50x10 ok.. for some reason i didnt feel a burn this time..?

man.. im waking up constantly with this 2 pillows thing.



Well i weighed myself at 6:11 and i was 126.5 lbs. thats 4 lbs gain in one week. so later when i was cooking i decided to try to take a **** again.... and weighed myself at 6:35 and i was still 126.5 lbs.

6:45- 7 egg whites, 1 yolk. 1 cup oatmeal. 1 cup milk. orange. multivitamin.

9:50- beef jerky.

10:50- 5 egg whites. beef jerky.

12:00- 1 egg white. granolas. pita bread. chicken breast

1:40-2:43- workout

2:48- 1 scoop ON whey

4:30- banana ( i should replace this with grape juice). 2 potatoes. chili. corn, b lack bean, red pepper, carrot salad

7:00- 2 chicken thighs. white rice.

9:55- 1 cup cottage cheese. 1 cup milk

Seated Leg Curls: 10x10, 10x10 ****.. i did the seated instead of laying.. and it made me go down in weight. maye i should go back to LAYING? the only problem is its not the regular laying.. it has an angle in it that pushes in my stomach, and it makes me feel like barfing..???

Still woke up 7 times although i switched back to just one pillow. Also forgot to set alarm.

7:30- regular breakfast.. altho im not sure of the portions as my mom prepared it today... but im sure it was pretty close.

10:30- 5 egg whites. beef jerky.

12:00- 2 slice bread. chicken breast. granolas

2:00-3:05- Workout ( i had to go with sandals cuz my dad took my only pair of semi-tennis shoes lol)

3:10- 1 scoop ON whey

4:10- 2 potatoes. 1 cup grape juice

5:30- ground round beef. cabbage rolls. sweet potato

7:30- cabbage rolls. 1 cup milk

10:00 - 1 cup cottage cheese. 1 cup milk

Weighed self at 6:20 - i was 129lbs. Dang! so i took it to the bathroom and weighed myself without the sweapants.. and i was still 128.5. So Im gainin for sure! thats a good 10 lbs since ive started bulking

7:30- pork loin. Asparagus

9:50- 1 cup cottage cheese. 1 cup milk.

5:50- Salad. 3 Meat Loaf Patties (ground round beef/oatmeal)

8:10- 1 cup cottage cheese. 1 cup milk
