Weds March 16: Workout

Squats: 10x3, 100x7, 100x5 Some guy said i was leaning over and could injure my back after the first set... i wasnt paying attention while i was doing it cuz the weight felt heavy lol.. now im a little worried?

Hack Squats: 0x3, 30x8, 30x8

Seated Leg Curls: 50x8, 50x8

Straight legged deadlift: 100x8, 100x8

Calf Raise on ___ Machine(the one where u lay and the thing is above u and u push it with ur feet): 20x10, 70,10, 90,10, 100x10

Ab Machine Crunch: 30x8, 50x10, 50x10, 50x10, 50x10 actually felt a pain in medsection for once

Bicycle Crunches: 0x20

Thurs March 17: Diet

6:45- regular breakfast

10:40-eggs

12:45- CBS. Granolas. Bananas. almonds

4:10- 1 cup milk. cabbage rolls.

7:35- 2 porks. carrots. potato

10:45- 1 cup cottage cheese. 1 cup milk

^^the pre bed CC and Milk made me sick.. gotta get some new milk and cottage cheese.

7:10- Regular breakfast but grapeefruit

9:50- almonds

10:50- almonds

1:00- CBS. Granolas. Bananas. Eggs

2:50-3:55- workout

4:00- 1 scoop ON whey

5:00- 2 potatoes. 1 cup grape juice

6:20- tbone steak. cracked wheat. carrots

Fri March 18: Workout

ok.. wtf did this workout suck so much. my fridays always seem to suck. on Seated DB Shoulder Press my reps were lower than the week where i feltlike i was overtrained.. AND I TOOK A WEEK OFF! Shouldnt it have been HIGHER?? Standing lateral raise sucked as well

Military Press: 5x3, 35x6, 35x5

Seated DB SHoulder Press: 30x5/6?, 30x4

Standing Lateral Raise: 20x6, 20x7


Reverse Bench: 5x3, 30x8, 40x8 I DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THIS PROPERLY. how far should my arms bne apart? i tried close in at first and then far apart.... Also seems to put a lot of pressure on the wrists....?

Skull Crusher: 50x4 <---wtf???

^^That lift sucked.. and it didnt feel good either.. lots of pressure on elbows.. so i tried a differnt one this tmie

Overhead Standing DB Tricep Extension: 30x8, 35x7

BB Curl: 10x3, 60x5, 50x6 <--wtf doesnt this go up **** THIS WORKOUT IS SUCKING

Preacher Curl: 15x7, 15x8 OK, what grip should i have no this.. i use an ez curl bar and sit down.. but it feels like the bar goes up to my chin cuz i have to lean forward in over to be in the right position...? also how should my hands be? like... twisted up some or wut?
^^Also i didnt even feel bicep really, just mainly forearm...... ????


Hmm my back hurts some =/

Sat March 19: Diet

10:20- Regular breakfast but no milk. Pumelo instead of orange

12:45- brown rice. Corn. Cbs. Banana.

5:20- 2 chicken thighs. brown rice. spaghetti squash

8:50- brown rice. chili.

Sun March 20: Diet

9:30- Regular breakfast but no milk. banana instead of orange

1:30- 2 Loaf whole wheat pita bread. Can Foul Beans

4:45- ribs. spaghetti squash

8:45- 1 cup milk. 2 chicken thighs. brown rice. Tomato. Cucumber

10:45- 1 cup cottage cheese. 1 cup milk (I even got new CC and Milk and i still felt sick again in the morning..the next morning)

Mon March 21: Diet

ok.. I weighed myself after taking a **** and was 133.5 lbs.. which doesnt make much sense cuz i was 131 on like friday... but i had to **** some more a few minutes afterwards so im not sure what my weight really is. we will see on thurs/friday.

7:15- Regular breakfast.

10:30- almonds

12:45- cbs. eggs. banana. granolas.

2:20-3:20- workout

3:25- 1 scoop ON whey

4:45- 2 potato. 1 cup grape juice.

6:35- pork tenderloin. brown rice. butternut squash

now im gettin paranoid about havin my pre bed cottage cheese and milk... cottage cheese didnt use to make me feel sick, so i dont know why it is now.. even when i got a different brand. what do yall think...?

Monday March 21: Workout
CHEST/BACK

Bench Press: 10x3, 70x6, 70x5

Low incline DB Bench: 15x3, 45x8, 45x4 <--...weird... this is like the third week ive done 45 lb. i dnno why it seems os heavy when 35 and 40 didnt. well atleast igot up to 8 reps on the first set.

Chest Dips: 7.5x6, 7.5x5


Lat Pulldown: 60x5, 50x8 <-...the 50 felt SOOOO easy... but the 60 felt hard for that reps.. WTF?? 10 lbs shouldnt make THAT much a difference.

DeadLift: 10x3, 90x8, 90x8 <-- Can your lower back get a lot bigger than ur upper back? Cuz it seems like with my deadlifts always improving.. im not getting that v shape cuz i got the lower back muscles.. so it just looks like love handles or something..?

BB Row: 80x7, 80x4

Shrugs: 100x10 i was really loosing grip at the end on this.. in fact my fingers were sorta unrolled.. do you think im gonna have to start using gloves..?

I can't see your before pics but you are looking very good. Traps and legs are comming out well. Continue to bulk though and add some more mass.
