Mon Feb 21: Diet

Wake 6 pee and poop. Weigh self 6:20 - 128 lbs

6:50- Regular Breakfast but grapefruit (i hate typin the **** out since ih ave the same thing every time, so ill just type it this last time.. a regular breakfast is:
7 egg whites, 1 yolk. orange. multivitamin. 1 cup milk. 1 cup oatmeal

10:30- granolas. almonds. bana

12:00- CB Sandwhich (SAME THING HERE, ill just type CBS for this: Chicken breast and 2slices bread). 6 egg whites

1:45-2:50- workout

2:55- 1 scoop ON whey( SAME THING HERE, ILL JUST TYPE PWS for POST WORKOUT SHAKE)

3:55- 2 potatoes. 1 cup grape juice.

5:50- pork(2 of em). cooked veegetables(borrocoli/cauliflower/carrot/potato)

8:00- chicken breast. 1 cup milk.

9:55- 1 cup cottage cheese. 1 cup milk

Tues feb 22: Diet

6:55- regular breakfast

12:00-almonds. CBS. banana. granolas. 6 egg whites

2:30- 2 cup milk. strawberries. potato. pork(2 of em)

6:40- 1 cup milk. 2 servings E-Z mac. Can Tuna dude.. i ****in always get sick eating tuna.. im never eating this **** again lol.. if i do the ezmac thing ill just put a chicken breast in there or somethin

9/10:30- (the clock downstairs is messed up.. wasnt sure which times i was goin by)- 1 cup cottage cheese. 1 cup milk

LEGS/ABS

Squats: 10x3, 80x6, 80x6 (probly ccoulda got another rep on that first set... but i forgot i had a safety)

Hack squats: 0x3, 20x8, 20x8

Seated Leg Curls: 50x5, 50x4

Straight Legged Dead lift: 70x8, 70x8

Smith Stainding Calve Raises: 60x10, 60x10, 60x10, 60x10 (i wonder if i should incrrease weight by more than 10 lbs each week? i mean.. i always feel a burn but its not intense till the last couple reps.. and i always seem to get to 10...?)

Crunches: 7.5x10, 7.5x10, 7.5x10, 7.5x10
Side to Side Crunchess: 0x10 (i didnt feel any burn until i did these side to side crunches with no weight... i didnt feel a burn doing the regular crunches with weight... wtf???)

I do it until I feel the burn. Shouldn't you post progress pics after over a month in your bulking up?

i did try to post them .. and i said that in this journal. but none of the sites were working. i did send them to afew ppl over aim tho.

Thurs Feb 24: Diet

Weigh at 6:32 - 129 lbs

6:55- reg brkfast but grapefruit

10:40- banana. granolas. carrot. almonds

12:25- CBS. 6 egg whites.

3:30- 3 talapia fillets. brown rice. green beans/peppers/onions. 1+ cup milk.

6:50- 1+ cup milk. brown ric. greenbeans/peppers/onions. 2 rotisserie chicken thighs.

9:55- 1 cup cottage cheese. 1 cup milk

Shoulder/Arms


Military Press in rack: 5x3, 25x7, 25x8? (cant tell if its a 4 or a 8 lol.. looks more like a 8)

Seated DB Shoulder Press: 30x6, 30x5

Standing Lateral Raises: 25x5, 20x7 when i was using 25... my elbows were lower thanmy wrists.. so i think i was probly lifting 2 much??? bc thats improper form.. right?

Close-Grip Bench Press: 5x3, 35x8, 35x6 (Metallica - Battery is such a great workout song)

BB Skullcrushers: 60x2 (lol wtf???) 50x5, 50x4 i still dnno if i have wrong form with these.. i just go till its like parallel.. but i feel like i might be cheating or something

BB Curls: 10x3, 60x4, 60x3
Hammer Curls: 25x6

I wonder after 8 weeks is over if i should replace hammer curls for like preacher curl..

do both just now; 3sets hammer, 2sets preacher, 2 sets bb

what's in a cabbage roll? doesn't sound like there's much meat in it

i think my chest looks bigger (when my "tits" arent shrunken lol..ehh..wtf do u call those anyways on a guy. I mean in the middle of each chest.. do you call em tits? LOL)

Hey guys!

Sheez i havent posted ina while.

I have to admit ive gotten REALLY off of my diet this past week. I havent been eating fatenning foods.. i just HAVENT BEEN EATING.

I took a week off from lifting because i was tired physically and mentally. And i was reallly sick of eating.
I think not posting daily also messes you up.

Anyways, i just need some little words of motivation.

I promise i will start to post daily and eat right tomorrow.
