Str8 a you continue to talk about all of the women you meet that "want you" and all of the women that you "could" have slept with, but didn't. This is the theme in 90% of your posts. Either you are mistaking a woman's friendliness for them coming onto you, or you are a big pvssy!

You also have talked about meeting a higher quality of woman that what you usually hang with, and yet here you are back in familiar territory hanging around with homosexuals, "porn" type women, and women that pass out on bathroom floors! I find that hysterical lol. I just can't imagine at my age, or your age, hanging out with people on a continuous basis like you do, that do that! Str8 there are better quality women out there! Break out of this rutt and comfort zone you are in that leads you down this path of low quality!

I love a lot of your posts and I think you are a super nice guy, but there is just something wrong here. Those who fail to learn from the past..are destined to repeat it.

Why didn't you do something about it, you ask? Well, the problem is that my employee who had the birthday party REALLY likes her. So in the past, I hadn't bothered to make a move just because I didn't want to rock the boat.

But last night, it was getting late and I told everyone I was leaving, and model chick asks me what I'm doing, and asked if I was going to sleep and talked about coming over to my place to party. I was planning on having another drink at home and had kind of figured that there would be some kind of after party at my place anyway, so I invited them over.

This is I think where you made your mistake and what LMS was getting at earlier. From the way you explained it, I would have only invited her over to your place. If you know you live in a loft, how do you expect to close by inviting her brother over?

I also wholeheartedly agree about not touching her after she was passed out, the guys that suggested otherwise are plain lunatics.

Goddammit....if I don't always find myself in these "forbidden fruit" kind of situations. I talked to my business partner about it and he was like "go ahead, hit it" and he knows that there is a slight chance that there could be negative ramifications that could effect our business,

I was in a similar situation once. However it wasn't my business but I was the GM. Turns out I met the ex wife of one of my employees. Well she had the biggest rack I've ever seen, so I couldn't walk away. I hit it, it was a little awkward cuz she would call the office at times, ask for him, then other times, he would answer and ask for me.

But being in the position of power, you have nothing to worry about. Its a whole different situation if the roles are reversed and your snagging a women your boss likes. But in his position, he can't do anything, he has to suck it up or deal with the consequences. The only way it would get dicey is if he's highly qualified in some special trade that couldn't be easily replaced.

Agreed. Don't live your life with regrets and what ifs? If your unsure if you should hit it or not, I always live by the motto, its easier to beg for forgiveness than ask for permission.

Saturday night..walked to the 3rd street promanade in Santa Monica with gf since we live 2 blocks away and had sushi and watched Attonement at the theater. Not bad.

Sunday. Had sex. Went over to a friends in Venice with gf for bb cue, drinks, and played guitar hero. From there went to a bar in Santa Monica and had more drinks and played golden tee with friends while gf and her friend went to get a petticure. Came home. Passed out while trying to watch the grammy's.

I think MacAvoy's post was right on. Str8up, I'm assuming you didn't invite just her over for circumstancial reasons that you alluded to earlier. Now, it's clear what you need to do, invite her to get together without a group of people around.
