Not to ass-kiss, but the moderators have done more good for me in the past than bad (ex. when some **** posted pics of me, they deleted it for me... or when someone was making really horrible racist/anti-semitic remarks they stopped him).

Yeah, well you didn't spend close to an hour of your time uploading pictures over a dial up connection in order to start a thread you promised another member you would start only to have it shut down seconds later because there was a 1 and a half year old thread buried on page 6 that had pictures on it of people who have come and gone.

That is the point of that thread, to realize that the people on this place aren't all nerds but they aren't all models. We don't need a Current picture thread because people will come and go again...

If I remember correcly, YOU were the one who said she should post her "guess my age by pic" thing there..

He's been around. He replied to something in the Mod Corner a day or so ago.

Like I said...

I'm not going to argue that the mods HAVEN'T gotten out of hand (because honestly, I don't know if they have, I wasn't paying attention ).

But, you're right. If I had spent close to an hour of my time uploading pictures over a dialup connection in order to start a thread and then had it shut down seconds later, I probably would be pissed. However, I would NEVER spend close to an hour of my time uploading pictures over a dialup connection in order to start a thread. So, oh well.

Maybe this should be a lesson to you that it's not worth to waste that kind of time on something like that?

You're trying to prevent getting rid of trolls?

This makes no rational sense at all. Why punish the entire community and censor civil discourse in order to prevent a handful of trolls from trolling? Why not just BAN THE TROLLS?

Because even normal members couldn't behave. You said you'd tear a flamer a new crapper. That's something we are trying to prevent, which means you would have been punished too.
