Sure sure. We will start tomorrow. You didn't lose yet because I thought we were starting tomorrow anyways.

Ok here's what I really did. Basically I just like, try not to turn on the computer unless I REALLY need it. and if I feel even a LITTLE BIT of an urge coming on, I open my door so I'm scared crapless of being busted by my parents lol. Anyhow, just little random things I thought about like that I do. Sometimes I give in though. It's hard. Don't give up and just keep trying. Like day 40 on my 45 day run I was like, there's NO URGE AT ALL. Then I blew it and the urge came back stronger than ever. Anyhow, I'll start with you tomorrow.

yes, I blew it too, I hate these days were there's nothing going on. Well, here we go, I don't care if I'm competing or not, I will win even if im not part of the contest, lol

DAY 10: February 20, 2005

**FAILED**
- No masturbation/porn (Day 1). (I wanked right after bling said he wanked so I can last longer for our competition. Bring it u punks)
- No junk food at all for a month (exception = diet ginger ale). (ate ice cream. I don't even like the kind, but it was my first time tryin it)
- Follow Daily Workout Routine.
--> Elliptical, 15 min. (HIIT) (still sick, but I rode the bike)
--> Abs
- Get at least six hours of sleep everyday.
- Do all homework first before turning on the computer. (main goal = this = failed)
- No AIM chatting: Replace with phone calls. (talked to Eternal. That sabotager :D jp jp)
- No forum/xanga browsing except to update this: Replace with reading a magazine or book.
- No video/computer games: Replace with guitar practice or workout.
- No swearing: Replace with a slow count to 10. (conciously saying crap in place of swear words is awesome. Also, the ladies seem to smile more around me now than vulgar ppl)

Hello again, it's been a few days, but I'm still doing good. Today I walked 2 miles, lifted weights, and did Tae Bo with Billy Blanks! AFK, the porn thing I've seemed to notice becomes noticeable easier after three days. Ever seen Super Size Me? Morgan says it best there: "After you cross the 3 day hump, you've got it. It gets so much easier." Now granted, he was talking about smoking, but this pretty much seems to work for anything. Good luck guys, I've got to keep going hard myself. I lost 5 pounds this week, and I'm feeling great!

Wow. Good to hear, jetsfan. Your post really motivated me to work harder seeing the benefits you got. I only have 2/3 of my time left, so it's time to get my rear into gear.

Keep it up AFK, you can do it. Have you ever tried Tae Bo and elliptical workout in the same day? I find that's a pretty killer workout, and it's not too time consuming. That's what I do a lot. But don't forget to mix things up. If you keep various different activities for each day, your chances of "burning out" are much lower. Trust me, I've failed many times in the past by burning out. This time seems pretty effective. As for my stats I'll give em to ya, just so ya know.

I'm a black belt in Taekwondo, but I haven't took it in over a year, and I've noticed my slumping fitness level since then. If you have the time and money, I highly recommend taking a martial art for various reasons. I started taking it when I was 9, because of my weight (I was pretty fat:) ) By the time I got my black belt, I was about 180 pounds and in shape. Should have stayed with it...

But anyway, how did your day go, AFK? Is the porn thing coming along well?

Going well going well jetsfan. :) Here are my stats since you were so candid:

Age: 16
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 143 lbs (used to be 185 1 yr ago and I was only 5'8"...chubby little kid too :( :p )

yeah I'm kind of on the light side, but I have 10% BF. I'm going to get it down a little more, maybe drop like 2-3 more pounds of pure fat. Then I will start my awesome bulking cycle. However, there's a problem because everytime I drink whey protein the next few days I get a horrible sore throat or get sick....too much protein intake? Some fitness person please answer since I can't browse forums. I use 1.5 scoops. I might tone it down to half a scoop and work up to 1 scoop and just keep it there.

DAY 12: February 22, 2005

I had an awesome day as you can see. That was day 12, and I've had 2 fully complete days in that time period. Not too great, but I see it as an improvement compared to if I had never started this. Anyhow, I had a Taebo video from like 5 years ago, but I don't know where it went, plus I don't htink our VCR works....have a DVD player though. I'm going to take up a martial art in the summer because these people are messin with me like kidding around, but I feel like I should take up some self-defense class so in the future if not so nice people I don't know from school want to "mess around." Good luck to you. No wanking is going well. I only had the urge to play games, but overcame it with some piano.

Nope, failed today. :( played CS for a bit....shame on me :mad:

Ahh musical insturments, a double-edged sword. Great fun and teaches awesome ability, and they're also a chick magnet. Can't go worng there.:D

you'll get there AFK. Just gotta watch the games. As for me, I completed my 8th day in a row of complete days, and man am I feeling it. Today was Tae Bo and DDR, mixed with some weights and the almighty roller. My abs are killing me. Lucky for me, my school is closed the next 2 days for sickness, so I'll be home. Plenty of time to set up a good spaced out workout plan for my off days. AFK, as for junk food and the like, I don't know about you, but ,my weakness is night eating. Like tonight, watching South Park, I saw this wonderful piece of cake in the refirgerator. I could almost taste it....but I held off, and I feel better now. Oh well, time to start another day!
