Because of the nature of boxing I would probably not masterbate an extra two days, beyond the schedule above. Hey I started something similair to yours. I started a month ago and im stilll on it

Mine goes- no masturbation(I havent had a wet drem yet)
no tv- i only watched the superbowl(Im a patriot fan)
Do all my homework every night
Get 7+ hours of sleep every night
No gaming(because of no tv)
Workout 2 times a week

My friends all think im crazy but im still on this strong and i now have soo much time to to do everything i want.

Today was friggin awesome. Sure, I swore a few times, but this was nearly perfect in every other sense. Looking forward to my first complete day tomorrow on the 15th. :)

DAY 5: February 15, 2005

**FAILED**
- No masturbation/porn (Day 1). (some chick offered to flash me no joke. I couldn't resist. But alas I turned her down because my lunch is worth more than tits...plus the other guys would get a free show)
- No junk food at all for a month (exception = diet ginger ale). (parents got some lemonade...my weakness. At least it was light 50 cal 10 g sugar Lemonade)
- Follow Daily Workout Routine. (I got some adjustable dumbbells the other day. Now I can see some improvments. + protein shake = I am actually gaining now fat mass. RIght now I'm tryin to keep my muscle and cut. Then I will hard bulk)
--> Elliptical, 15 min. (HIIT)
--> Back, biceps
- Get at least six hours of sleep everyday.
- Do all homework first before turning on the computer. (yo bros. This is key. Once I turned on the comp it went downhill, but I all I had was some music and I was straight...blazed through my work like a fugga)
- No AIM chatting: Replace with phone calls. (Crap. I go on for a fuggin minute and chicks start IMing me. I knew I was a chick magnet, but DAMN! over the internet too!?)
- No forum/xanga browsing except to update this: Replace with reading a magazine or book.
- No video/computer games: Replace with guitar practice or workout.
- No swearing: Replace with a slow count to 10.

EDIT: aight it looks like I failed,but I am doing super good with school work and that is my main goal. Everything can go to hell for all I care, but I figured, hey why change 1 thing when you can change everythgin? I'm so happy about my non-procrastination anymore. It feels awesome and I can laugh at lazy punks who're stressin for tests the night before and I'm acing it with a good night's sleep cuz I studied over the weekend. I r t3h w1nnAR!!!

good luck AFK, just hang in there. I'm on day 3 of my own test. So far so good. I really exercised today. Did 2 miles of jogging, 45 minutes of elliptical, some weight training, and a set of 50 situps and 40 pushups. Is that a good start? No games, no masturbation. And I feel great!:)

I believe that when i fight sometimes i feel an extra edge that i think is peaking levels of testosterone. I can tell bc the feeling is very distinct to me from every other factor that might afect my boxing. In fact trainers make you not have sex or beat it off for at least a week before a formal fight.

well my own day went ok today. I've ate pretty healthy today, and today was my exercise off day. I still did a little weights, and my usual set of situps and stuff, but overall today was relaxed. I'm sore all over...but I feel great, and I can already see the improvement coming! So, how did day 16 go, AFK?

Ok I was really busy with school for the past day and didn't have time to update, but I was so busy I couldn't do anything bad on my list, so finall.y...I completed a day. Today didn't go so well.

- Do all homework first before turning on the computer. (no hw so I played CS. Shoulda went ahead in my school work)

- No video/computer games: Replace with guitar practice or workout.
- No swearing: Replace with a slow count to 10. (close call here. I find that I'm not talking about stupid things as much as before and can hold better happier conversations with people, because when I wanna swear I just turn the convo around to something positive where swearing isn't necessary)

Good question, dont know. The logical answer would be that since nothing is going out, then is like if you didnt beat off. But the orgasm happens in your brain, so i dont know what the brain would say about that, while still have the semen.

I have come to find that DDR is your friend. Yesterday I burned 667 calories playing in workout mode, and today I burned 726. I'm losing some noticeable weight now, and I feel better already. I look better, so improved points there. I encourage all of you if you have the money to get DDR and a nice $50 pad (one that will last you and doesn't slide around), and start with this game. It takes a while to learn, but it's fun (really) and burns fat like nobody's business. Also, my endurance is greatly increased thanks to it. Anybody else in this topic playing it for part or all of their workout?

How did you quit masturbating for that long, AFK? The longest I've ever quit masturbating was 5 days (which was from last Friday to Tuesday). Maybe it's the stress of school? Maybe it's because I'm emotional drained? I've always done well when I was active, but when I'm bored, "Tony" starts to become worked.
