    Christmas wants

    Serious bodybuilding? Or you just wanna get bigger muscles? The Bowflex is an awesome machine, you get such a different burn, and you can work out fairly fast too. Though you really don't gain the strength you would with free weights. Its a beautiful piece of machinery.

    k, thanks, and I dont like doin pullups, I'd rather do them with the palms facing ******d, so it works the back more. And I really like dips. Sometimes, I'll do 5 dips then 5 pushups then 4 dips without rest and 4 pushups without rest and so on. Couple of sets of those feel good.
