    Well, depends on how much you are running and your goal. If you are actively trying to bulk, then I'd leave it to the minimum necessary to keep your cardio, if even that. If not, then knock yourself out.

    A 5-day workout will do absolutely nothing, especially if you are already skinny. This is not a workout that is made for gaining muscle, and this is not any sort of official Marine workout. This is just something that the guy threw together.

    I see more and more deadlifts at the gym lately, but part of that is working out at a military gym. I hate having to wait for the damn power rack or olympic stations, but when I'm waiting for a deadlifter to quit, I silently atta boy 'em. Curlers, on the other hand.....

    I'd be way more pissed if I found out my wife was buying synthetic weed as opposed to real weed (both of us have never smoked it before). Read weed I probably wouldn't be too mad about, depending on where she got it. Synthetic weed (Spice/K2), hell naw.

    It's the diet. I've had a six pack twice: after an 8 month span of eating nothing but high protein, low carb and low fat (MISERABLE) and after a 4 month span of intermittent fasting. The gym is important too, don't get me wrong, but it's 40 percent of the equation at most.

    Your bench is what I would consider abnormal - I would consider your overhead press to be normal. The more you lift and recover and repeat, and add reps and weight, you'll get better, bigger, stronger, and improve fast.
