It's complete broscience. Nobody has ever produced a study or anything similar saying that not beating your meat will make it easier to get girls. That said, so much of the game is mental that oftentimes it works in the same way that a baseball player can hit 10 more home runs in a season...
I think it's going to be back once Facebook figures out how to do mobile marketing. I mostly use FB from my iPhone and to this day there are still no ads either from Safari or from the FB app. Between their mobile ad issues and their bad press from losing GM, it's easy to see why the stock dropped.
In addition to the above advice, make sure that you are not just getting enough protein. You better be getting some fat and carbs to help with that as well (I.E. eat a well balanced diet). Nobody ever grew off a diet of chicken breasts and tuna.
Basically, eat more good food. Try to stick to...
I doubt you have anything to worry about. Are you drinking more water in general? And what is your sodium intake like - especially with the whey added vs minus the whey?
Well, depends on how much you are running and your goal. If you are actively trying to bulk, then I'd leave it to the minimum necessary to keep your cardio, if even that. If not, then knock yourself out.
A 5-day workout will do absolutely nothing, especially if you are already skinny. This is not a workout that is made for gaining muscle, and this is not any sort of official Marine workout. This is just something that the guy threw together.
Start turning the negative into a positive motivation. Get some fire into your belly. I was a late bloomer too. I was broke as a joke 'til 24, no college education, big dreams but never taking any risks to try and achieve them. I said screw 'em all, joined the military, learned how to be...
I see more and more deadlifts at the gym lately, but part of that is working out at a military gym. I hate having to wait for the damn power rack or olympic stations, but when I'm waiting for a deadlifter to quit, I silently atta boy 'em. Curlers, on the other hand.....
I'd be way more pissed if I found out my wife was buying synthetic weed as opposed to real weed (both of us have never smoked it before). Read weed I probably wouldn't be too mad about, depending on where she got it. Synthetic weed (Spice/K2), hell naw.
Not a fan of leg extensions but that's personal preference more than anything. But as with any split, if you can consistently up your training workload with that split, good on you.
To some degree, but then again, think about the dude's genetics, and the fact that he was spending his entire day doing nothing but training, eating and sleeping (mostly). ANYONE can become a monster doing that.
OH AND
Try doing the following workouts:
2-kettlebell or 2-dumbbell cleans for reps
2-kettlebell or 2-dumbbell jerks for reps
1-arm high rep snatches with kettlebells or dumbbells
It's the diet. I've had a six pack twice: after an 8 month span of eating nothing but high protein, low carb and low fat (MISERABLE) and after a 4 month span of intermittent fasting. The gym is important too, don't get me wrong, but it's 40 percent of the equation at most.

Decided to add ten one last time today. Did pretty well at it - every workout has been surprisingly predictable to this point. No real scares, per se. I might add ten again on Sunday, or I might not - we'll see!
Now that my wife is pregnant with our first kid, my goal is 315 (3...
Your bench is what I would consider abnormal - I would consider your overhead press to be normal. The more you lift and recover and repeat, and add reps and weight, you'll get better, bigger, stronger, and improve fast.
